When I worked with Digital Remedy (also called AdReady+), I appreciated that their customer service representatives were always responsive and helpful. This may be because we were managed services, so they were meant to MANAGE, but they were nice nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The worst thing about Digital Remedy was if something didn't work well, it was always a problem outside of their control, versus how they set up the campaign or the targeting that was the issue. Like, "Oh, we have a lot of fraudulent clicks because of fat fingers and mobile ads." Then change where the ads are running. Don't just let it happen over and over again!
