**What do you like best about AdReady?**

When I worked with Digital Remedy (also called AdReady+), I appreciated that their customer service representatives were always responsive and helpful. This may be because we were managed services, so they were meant to MANAGE, but they were nice nonetheless.

**What do you dislike about AdReady?**

The worst thing about Digital Remedy was if something didn't work well, it was always a problem outside of their control, versus how they set up the campaign or the targeting that was the issue. Like, "Oh, we have a lot of fraudulent clicks because of fat fingers and mobile ads." Then change where the ads are running. Don't just let it happen over and over again!

**What problems is AdReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital Remedy helped us begin placing programmatic ads when our agency was small and didn't have the resources to be fully self serve on a DSP. They gave us the ability to "move up" when resources were sparce.
