"CRM to organize your contacts and sales ideas"
What do you like best about AddressTwo?

Its design is very basic, it is all right away, the tools and functionalities within the menu are quite well explained and above all it is quite simple to add new contacts and organize them, this is a really important element for us, as we consider that in the section of sales it is essential to have all the details and information of each client well structured.

The files can be downloaded to open them on other platforms and analyze the data you have obtained within AdressTwo. This is also important, since by allowing you to download the information you get a copy in case there is a failure and you can also observe the data in more detail using external sources for deep analysis.

We have received quick responses from the support when we have had any questions and have also helped us to integrate information from other systems within AdressTwo, we have reduced the time of data integration within their software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AddressTwo?

When synchronizing the contacts within the AddresTwo platform we had a small problem. We had some duplicate contacts and the system did not detect them well and I configured them in a double way, so we had to delete them and put them back again. They helped us to solve this problem, it was nothing really negative, just a small mistake we had when inserting contacts twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AddressTwo?

I've worked on various CRM systems and this is the easiest and most effective I have had the pleasure using. Additionally, in my position, i work with sales people everyday and the biggest complaint is the time they have to spend on cumbersome CRM's, taking away from their selling time. What do you like best about AddressTwo?

Ease of use, clean and organized screen layouts. AddressTwo is excellent for mobility and open to multi platforms, such as PC, MAC, Linux based Operating Systems. Works great in most internet web browsers. Excellent reliability. Fast instantaneous response time. Data is accessible in Real-Time.

Downloading data in CSV format is made easy and very useful for further analysis. Data backup is also made easy via downloading CSV formatted files. Contacts can be grouped, products and services can be tagged to specific contacts. Because AddressTwo is internet based, sharing access to many users is not a problem. Gives me all I need in a CRM. What do you dislike about AddressTwo?

I am not aware of a way to change the following two configurations:

1. Date format is not set for International Standard: YYYY-MM-DD.

I have been with these guys since early on. They get it. They are responsive to ideas and needs. They meet the needs of all skill levels from sophisticated to enthusiastic & learning.
