Managing multiple adverisers and publishers from one dashboard is genuinely smooth once you get the hang of it . the real time reporting is solid you can actually see whats's happnening with your campaings without digging throught 5 different menus. the support team is provblaly the biggest plus . i've sent Tickets and heard back within a couple of hours , which is rare for a platform at this price point they don't just cophy paste help docs either , they actually try to understand your specifit setup and delivery speed is another thing worth mentioning ads load fast which matters when your runing high traffic sites and don't want latency killing your CTR. **What do you dislike about AdButler?** The setup process is not straightforward at all , when you first get in it takes time to figure out where everything is not difficult, just takes getting used to . some features like geo targeting and better analytics are paid add ons. feels like these should just be included in the base plan at this price , also api docs are weak , if you are not already a developer who has done intergrations before you will struggle basic examplesa are missing. billing is monthly only no weekoy or short term option. if you only need it for a campaign that runs 2-3 weeks you still pay for the full month **What problems is AdButler solving and how is that benefiting you?** its very useful like before adbutler we were just struggling to keep track of everything like i am using diffrent kind of tools for that and i were struggling to manage and feel confused everytime , with adbutler at least everthing is in one place. i can see which ads are running , how they are performing what revenue is comming in all from one screen which is very easy for me and my intnernal team , that itself made life easier clients used to ask for updates all the time , but now i justsend them the reporting link and they can check on their own saves me a lot of emails back and forth running direct and programmatic ads together without jumping between platforms is something i really needed and adbutler handles that fine not perfect but it got the job done and operations became way less messy then before ### 2. It strikes a good balance between being able to support the flexibility needed when configuring Advertisers and Publishers without being convoluted or overly technical. The menus and forms are set out in a clear, logical manner that is easy to understand and follow. Similarly the reporting is basic, but seems to provide the required information with sufficient granularity in the data. **What do you dislike about AdButler?** Having used the product for over a year now, there frankly isn't much to dislike! Several years ago, when one of our Ad Serving vendors changed pricing drastically and eventually, "closed shop", we found our selves in desperate needed for a quick replacement. I found AdButler via web search and today I am very happy to have given them a shot and stuck with them for this long. Customer service is extremely responsive. On the rare occasions where I needed to reach out for questions, replies came within a few hours, if not immediately. I have even called in via telephone and spoke to a human, which is rare these days. On the technical side, I have observed continuous development, new features adapting to new technological trends and compliance needs. Happy not to be on a stale platform. Uptime is impeccable as I cannot recall a time when my ads were not being served. All in all, very satisfied with AdButler. You can walk through their process step by step without any hand holding and feel confident in the final product. The ease of setting up their code was even a simple task. For this type of platform you don't need any fancy bells or whistles, so this delivers exactly what it needs to do! The tagging set up in the very beginning was super easy and we were able to plug in any of our targeting variables to ensure that we were targeting the correct newsletters and I was able to do this process all by myself instead of having to rely on a third-party and their timelines to get the project done. **What do you dislike about AdButler?** There area couple of tweaks that I could make, that would probably be more for the benefit of my specific company, rather than the entire population using this platform, but other than that, they have nailed it. A couple of those things would be: - We run a lot of house (promo) campaigns to fill for times when we are not sold out, in order to do this we have to create multiple 'campaigns' for our different newsletters. That works fine for evergreen creative, however, if you have time stamped creative, you have to make a whole new campaign. Because of this we have a lot of house campaigns instead of just keeping it to one overall campaign. If you can date specific creatives then that would be super ideal work around. - We have to host the creatives on our end, so we technically have to do two uploads, once to our own system and then once in Ad Butler. You can't just upload the creative straight to their UI. - Also, would be great if we could gain programmatic money from this, however, tags are not allowed. **Recommendations to others considering AdButler:** If you're debating AdButler, don't hesitate anymore. I wish I had moved to them sooner. It is so easy from start to finish and their support is great - you can submit tickets straight from the UI so you don't even have to worry about trying to get in contact with a single human being. **What problems is AdButler solving and how is that benefiting you?** Newsletter delivery - Google doesn't allow for Newsletter ad serving from their Ad Server, so publishers are forced to go outside and get a newsletter specific ad server. This one fits the bill on all aspects! Further the integration should only be copy and paste of the markup just like adsense has and there should be test feature to see if the integration did go through. This is essential so that once the integration is done it is quickly found out if there any bugs that are to be removed and the system has started working and serving ads ### 29.
