It took us a while to understand why some ads were not serving even with the decision explainer on the Decision API. I believe it was due to an ad being recently added, and the goal was set to impressions. There could have been more clarity as to what was happening in the decision API explanation.
Also the analytics for unique users is not easy to access with the reporting provided. We have to ingest all the raw kevel logs, which are cumbersome to untangle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have a dedicated joint slack channel that we are able to communicate with the Kevel support team and our rep to help answer our questions about features, releases, or potential bugs. I would say the very responsive nature of their customer service is absolutely one of their strong suits. We always have our questions answered within minutes of asking. Making updates at times can be a bit clunky, and learning the difference between the grouped assets does take some time.
