**What do you like best about AdaptiveU?**

AdaptiveU is a software that can be used in training, learning and for fun. The User Interface is very easy to navigate. The types of badges that can be created as well as the approval possibilities make this a very adaptable tool. 

**What do you dislike about AdaptiveU?**

It can be difficult to group content into tracts or learning paths. 

**Recommendations to others considering AdaptiveU:**

Great tool for training new employees and helping existing employees continue to learn!

**What problems is AdaptiveU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AdaptiveU makes training easy and uniform. This tool allows for the same material to be shared to many people while also making it easy to come back to the same material at a later date.

**What do you like best about AdaptiveU?**

I love that we can create badges for our employees to learn on a daily basis. We use this as a learning tool for new hires and allows us to keep track of which badges have been viewed by leaving a review for each badge. AS a company that works remotely this is very beneficial for us to use within the company. 

**What do you dislike about AdaptiveU?**

I do not believe that there is anything there is that I dislike because we can do so much with this software. I would say only one thing that is a disadvantage was that if a previous employee had added training videos for us and have all access removed as they are no longer an employee we must redo a new video 

**Recommendations to others considering AdaptiveU:**

I highly recommend AdaptiveU to anyone as this is a great learning tool to use on a daily basis for any company as your employees can access this from anywhere. 

**What problems is AdaptiveU solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving problems as training new hires in a video conference we are able to have the employees watch these videos during a training class to ensure that they are learning all of the necessary training in order to learn all that is needed to work remotely for our company.
