It's a great self-serve tool. Very intuitive and cutting edge. There's a lot of self-learning as well that the bot does in terms of word recognition which is also really nice. The way ADA sets up their relationships with their customers and customer success team is also very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost everything useful is a paid add-on, even data API for better reporting. There's no high level overview in terms of a process flow chart or anything of that matter to view all of your conversation flows at once visually. The reporting also leaves much to be desired. For much of it you need custom reports but those aren't offered. Only a suite of out of the box reports which are limited in usefulness. High cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
