**What do you like best about The Digital Box?**

It's a great self-serve tool. Very intuitive and cutting edge. There's a lot of self-learning as well that the bot does in terms of word recognition which is also really nice. The way ADA sets up their relationships with their customers and customer success team is also very nice.

**What do you dislike about The Digital Box?**

Almost everything useful is a paid add-on, even data API for better reporting. There's no high level overview in terms of a process flow chart or anything of that matter to view all of your conversation flows at once visually. The reporting also leaves much to be desired. For much of it you need custom reports but those aren't offered. Only a suite of out of the box reports which are limited in usefulness. High cost.

**What problems is The Digital Box solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is taking load off of our agents on one-touch how-to resolution inquiries and allowing our customers to self-serve also. Provides an instantaneous response much of the time and also trains our customers to use our help centre.

The integration is the power of this tool. To create, plan and track all the activities you do on several channel in one single tool is the key point of this tool.

**What do you dislike about The Digital Box?**

At the moment is not possible to manage paid campaign on Facebook or other social network into it.

Engage customers or leads thanks to an omnichannel strategy managed by one single tool.
