**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like all the capabilities and reporting options that Acumatica provides. I can customize just about every screen, which is a big plus for me. The dashboards are also great because they allow me to embed workspace pages in widgets.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

The UI could be more modern with easier access to adjust settings. The amount of clicks it takes to complete some transactions.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for project cost and budget tracking. I love its capabilities, especially the customizable screens and dashboards that let me embed workspace pages in widgets, enhancing my productivity.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the customization available in Acumatica that allows the ERP to fit the specific business use case. I find the initial setup to be pretty easy, thanks to our VAR.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

We consistently run into load time issues due to the sheer amount of data stored in our system. We also consistently limit out. More processing power dedicated to instances. Better training on appropriate GI building. Better communication for our VAR on breaching limit thresholds.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica to consolidate different companies and establish a control environment, which was missing in QuickBooks.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica is our new ERP for our field service business. It allows us to run our new business and see profitability. It seems fairly intuitive and not overly complex, even though I am brand new to using it. The overall structure makes sense and my first impression is great.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Some things are a bit clunky such as the separation of billable hours and payroll. Still figuring this out though.

I find that Acumatica's user interface is really easy to navigate and learn, which makes it simple for new accountants to get up to speed without lengthy training sessions. The initial setup was straightforward, and I like how we can use it as our accounting system to handle monthly financials and reporting, along with our accounts payable functions.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Editing and creating new reports can be a bit challenging.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Acumatica for accounting, assisting with monthly financials and AP functions. The system's simplicity makes it easy to train new accountants quickly.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like Acumatica for its 'Default issue from and receipt to locations' feature. The WO completion and releasing through the material wizard is another aspect that stands out for me.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I find it challenging that Acumatica doesn't allow setting several default issue from bins related to the work center using the inventory. Since we operate the product across multiple buildings, it would be helpful to set a default location based on the building of consumption.

Acumatica helps with unit tracking and inventory management, providing needed inventory traceability for our manufacturing processes.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like that Acumatica has all the functions I need in one place for AR, AP, Payroll, and Projects. It really helps that when I receive invoices or book payroll costs, it maps straight to the job.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

It can be a bit hard to set up with all the features and so you have to contact support a lot.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica helps me track project-based costs accurately, ensuring we know our margins by job. It consolidates AR/AP/Payroll/Projects functions in one place, mapping invoices and payroll costs directly to jobs, streamlining financial tracking.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the ease of use of Acumatica. The ARMS report writing is great because I can make custom-made reports for each of our department heads. The initial setup was very easy, mainly because the support team was very helpful and catered to our needs.

I don't like the billing aspect because we use a third-party software for it, and that's where most issues arise.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acumatica helps with compliance and tracking in financial reporting and manufacturing. It also allows me to create custom reports for department heads, enhancing our operations.

I appreciate being able to use one software, as it allows me to retrieve data from one program instead of multiple. I like the search and downloading features in Acumatica, and I also appreciate the documentation. I was not part of the initial setup, but I was able to catch up fairly quickly and easily.

I find the forms in Acumatica don't work as well and could be improved.

I like the ease of use of Acumatica, which makes it straightforward to navigate. Having Generic Inquiries (GIs) to easily look up information is also a helpful feature. The initial configuration wasn't too bad, especially with the assistance of SWK.

Printing has been a pain point for us. The communication with printers is sometimes difficult and we have times that we reprint often.

I like that Acumatica forces users to do things a standard way, it's easy to use, and having GI's makes it easy to look up information.

I like that Acumatica is intuitive to use, which makes it easier for me to navigate and handle tasks efficiently. I also value the ability to create detailed cost codes and track them across projects, which provides clarity and helps in managing project finances.

The ability to utilize the App for more would be helpful. When using the App from my phone, the capabilities are limited to approvals and/or Expense submittal(s).

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I like the ability to customize reports and business events for automation. The generic inquiry feature has been a great help to build some specific data views that our business needs to run. We have been able to implement Acumatica in a relatively quick time frame and it hasnt dramatically impacted business performance or accounting. We have been using Acumatica everyday since implementation and our business partner has been a wonderful support to any challenges that we face.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

I like the business events but I also find them limited by the screens that are available to automate. If there was an ability to automate any screen that would be a huge upgrade and allow for so much additional workflows.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory tracking, production tracking, and additional accounting automation.

I like the automation in Acumatica, as well as the fast-paced procedures it offers. It helps a lot with allocations, month end close, business events, and the automation schedule.

I don't like that Acumatica doesn't have a delete button to remove unwanted records. It creates huge confusion and unwanted data in the business without deleting abilities. The initial setup wasn't easy either.

I use Acumatica for finance and production in construction. It solves problems by automating business events and enhancing efficiency with fast-paced procedures like allocations and month-end close.

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I love how everything is related or linked together.  I can always follow the "breadcrumb" trail and find what I need.  A sales order tells the entire story, from shipment, to invoice, to supplier bill, and so on.  It's fantastic to have a cloud-based ERP where our entire company can access information easily.  Acumatica is just what we needed to scale and grow our business.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

At this point in our implementation (less than a year on Acumatica), I don't really have any downsides to list.  Having a data driven system has forced our company and our employees to be better stewards of our data input.  Sometimes Acumatica can feel rigid to get new customers or items created - but rather, it's a blessing in disguise because it forces us to set things up correctly the first time.

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to extract real-time data in ways we never have before.  Reporting is light years ahead of what we had previously.  We have already eliminated the use of paper documents since we can attach files to nearly everything within the system.  Best of all, all our employees can access the system and get the information they need quickly!

**What do you like best about Acumatica?**

I really appreciate Acumatica's ability to be customized and its adaptability. We can tailor the system to fit our specific workflows, unlike most other ERPs that require us to adapt to their systems. I also like its availability, which ensures that all my data is in one place and actionable.

**What do you dislike about Acumatica?**

Field Service is a little underdeveloped. Time Management needs expansion.

Acumatica ensures all my data is in one place and actionable. We customize it to work with our specific workflows, unlike other ERPs that require us to adapt.

Disconnected feel between services  - Difficult for new users to separate local editions from parent Acumatica and from Acumatica Portal, difficult for existing users to discover / learn how to use new modules or features with live data
Large Learning / Knowledge gap for new users & power users - Power users require years of knowledge learning and experience to utilize Acumatica SaaS, difficult to hand off and manage large span of tools
Knowledge on support resources difficult to source
Support for existing customers very limited, reliant on Acumatica partners and keeping up with technology falls on subscribed customers despite limited to no check-ins on feature use
Limited support or access / knowledge of support for engineers and technical teams for utilizing local editions of Acumatica

**What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounting and Inventory Management. Would like to use Project-Based ERP / module, Distribution ERP, and APS, but difficult to move to integration - limited know-how on who to contact for next steps, limited partnership, large knowledge-gap limitations, large integration load on individual power user(s). We believe in the capabilities of Acumatica SaaS and are encouraged by feature updates in 2025 R2.
