**Describe the project or task Professional Services helped with:**

Velosio Helped us upgrade our NAV from 2015 to 2018. We worked with them over the course of 8 months to do the upgrade. 

**What do you like best about Professional Services?**

They are a large company with lots of knowledgeable staff. They were able to satisfactorily upgrade our NAV system from 2015 to 2018.

**What do you dislike about Professional Services?**

They are a large company that outsources a lot of there work. There people you speak to aren't always the ones doing the work. When your company is smaller, you don't get the attention you would normally get from a smaller partner.

**Recommendations to others considering Professional Services:**

If you are a small company, you may want to look at a different partner.

**What problems is Professional Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Velosio bought/merged the company we normally worked with. There are advantages and disadvantages working with a larger company. But at the end of the day, they did there job.
