Velosio Helped us upgrade our NAV from 2015 to 2018. We worked with them over the course of 8 months to do the upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

They are a large company with lots of knowledgeable staff. They were able to satisfactorily upgrade our NAV system from 2015 to 2018. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

They are a large company that outsources a lot of there work. There people you speak to aren't always the ones doing the work. When your company is smaller, you don't get the attention you would normally get from a smaller partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

If you are a small company, you may want to look at a different partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

Velosio bought/merged the company we normally worked with. There are advantages and disadvantages working with a larger company. But at the end of the day, they did there job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Which software is different and some difficulties in certain software when I found this one to have very minimal software difficulties in its programming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Software System is refreshing and manageable to use it's not that hard to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

There's very little that I did not like about this software program from this company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a issue with a software installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The response is instantaneousness. Also they have live chat facility where most of their competitors don't have one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I took lot of time to fix the issues.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
