Experience and competence of staff is excellent.  They truly understand the business work flows and how to apply the resources of the system to address the needs

**What do you dislike about CAL Business Solutions?**

Due to current industry workload, scheduling is a challenge but when they say that will take a job they get it done

**What problems is CAL Business Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leveraging the integration to ecommerce as well a unique issues of distribution processing

**What do you like best about CAL Business Solutions?**

CAL puts the customer first each and every time--they feel like an extension of our internal team.  They are quick to jump on our issues or handle our general requests.

**What do you dislike about CAL Business Solutions?**

Nothing of note--I can't think of a time where they led us astray or weren't there to resolve an urgent issue.

**What problems is CAL Business Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been there for us every step away over the last 8 years supporting our Greenshades & Dynamics GP platforms.  They have ultimately provided numerous efficiencies for us (with custom dev) and have ultimately saved us money in the long run.
