# How has Acumatica worked as an all-in-one ERP and single source of truth for you?

Acumatica has felt very user-friendly for us and required minimal training, which helped with adoption. We also like having a single source of truth and attaching documents in the system so everyone can access them, reducing printing and filing. The main gaps so far are that the AI assistant still feels unrefined, and new versions are not available to all regions by default. How are others handling AI assistant expectations and regional rollout timing?

For a small or medium business, I see Acumatica get ahead of competition. If your organization has migrated from QuickBooks, you have jumped a bit already. Compared to Workday, or NetSuite, it is feature by feature. NetSuite is service business centric. Acumatica is much more manufacturing/construction focused.
In terms of agents, most ERP solutions (till now), are bolt on. The underlying data, in terms of relational databases, are not natively supportive of agentic AI. Agents, at this time, will continue to be on improvement path before the underlying data structure enhances to the point of being an enabler
