From creative data solutions and implementation support to helping us train our staff on the new platform, reporting, and integration of live learning and online options, they were always ready to lend a hand and stretch their capabilities to meet our needs. The interface is customizable, so it was easy for us admins to set up the page. Our CS Officer helped us with weekly touchpoints. What sealed the deal for us, to move from our old LMS to Acorn was its price point, considering that it has one extra feature that our old LMS doesn't have--Capability Development.
