Good to hear the content, knowledge check and assessment tools are working well as a central repository with reliable completion tracking. On the delayed knowledge check results after submit, that isn't expected behaviour, so please have your success manager log it with support and we'll investigate. The audio read-aloud for questions and the optional video autoplay are both noted as feature requests; on the video side, a tangentially related enhancement did land in Release 1.7.16 (July 2026) with configurable video completion percentage thresholds, though that controls how much of a video counts as complete rather than autoplay itself. Accessibility also remains an active area of investment, with text scaling and screen-reader improvements in Releases 1.7.13 (June 2026) and 1.7.15 (July 2026), though question read-aloud specifically isn't available today. On the content-upload effort, you're not alone in finding the first-time load heavier than expected; our migration guide at https://help.acorn.works/help-centre/migrating-users-courses-and-completions-to-acorn and the bulk upload tools for users, enrolments and completions can take a lot of the manual work out of it, and your success manager can help sequence the remaining content so it's less staff-intensive. On the automation you're looking forward to, Release 1.7.13 (June 2026) rebuilt the Momentum experience so reminders, emails and workflows are easier to build and test, which should pay off once your content is in. The only downside I have encountered is the struggle to integrate SCORM quiz results into reportable systems within Acorn. Acorn does have a quizzing system that can determine whether or not a person has passed or failed a course, but it doesn't take the results from a SCORM file, or have non-graded input options if you just want to collect information vs. correct or incorrect responses. It's great to know the Tenancy system has been such a strong tool for delivering branded learning experiences across multiple organisations and helping you build new revenue streams — that's exactly what it's designed to do. On the SCORM quiz results point, you've identified a good idea: results from quizzes built inside a SCORM package don't currently flow into Acorn's own reporting and quiz tools — those are separate systems. That's a feature request we've noted. In the meantime, there are a couple of things worth knowing: SCORM Logs — You can view each learner's SCORM activity in detail, including the events and actions they took within the package. This gives you visibility into attempt-level data, though it's best suited for reviewing individual learner activity rather than aggregated reporting. Feedback and Form activities — If you want to collect information from learners without scoring it as right or wrong, our Feedback and Form activity types are designed for exactly that. They capture open-ended responses, checkbox selections, and other input without applying a pass/fail result. xAPI activities — For richer result tracking where your content supports it, xAPI (also known as Tin Can) is available as a separate activity type with its own completion tracking. I really appreciate Acorn PLMS as a good central hub for information and programming. The support team, including Jenny, always responded quickly, which was crucial when we faced functionality issues. There are plenty of resources available to learn more about the platform. We often use the momentum feature, as well as the courses and live sessions, which we find quite valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Acorn PLMS? The reporting isn't my favorite. Also, we use it in conjunction with Articulate courses, and there's no easy way to ensure the data collected by Articulate ends up in Acorn PLMS. I want the ability to report on users' SCORM progress/results within Acorn. The platform should allow discussion forum posts to notify all users, not just those who have commented on the forum. I also wish it was easier to copy and transfer momentum across multiple sites and tenancies. We are still experiencing some functionality issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Good to hear the UI and admin experience are making it straightforward to get your custom courses out to businesses that are new to an LMS. On catalogue order, the catalogue was rebuilt in Release 1.7.0 (November 2025) and now includes Newest, Z-A and Most Relevant sort options; our catalogue search guide at https://help.acorn.works/help-centre/how-to-search-the-course-catalogue covers how to apply them. Release 1.7.15 (July 2026) added self-serve connection management and Single Sign-On directly in the Integrations Hub, along with several webhook reliability fixes that improve how connected systems sync. Our previous LMS was missing many modern features, but Acorn has exceeded expectations—especially with the ability to fully personalize the homepage to reflect our company branding. We love how customizable it is, from the types of reports we can pull to the workflows and the ease of creating the catalog. The biggest highlight, though, has been the outstanding customer support from Stan and Jenny. They were incredibly responsive, quick to provide solutions, and shared guides that were actually useful. Their support made the transition smooth and stress-free. What do you dislike about Acorn PLMS? I wouldn’t say this was entirely Acorn’s fault, but we did experience a few hiccups when setting up the workflows. It took some extra configuring before everything was running as expected. That said, glitches are to be expected when working with a new platform. My favorite part of using Acorn PLMS is how customizable the site is. We were able to simply build custom dashboards that match our company branding and are modern and inviting. What do you dislike about Acorn PLMS? Some of the workflows can be a little wonky to learn. We’ve had a few hiccups with them after thinking we had things set up correctly.
