"Easy-to-Use Visual Analytics with Effortless Setup"
3.5/5
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

I like that AB Tasty is easy to use and very visual. It gives me a view of where people click and scroll, so I can see where we lose them beyond page views or bounce rate. It was easy to find and install, and setting it up with WordPress takes less than three minutes per site and landing page. After the first time, it’s simple to use. It keeps tracking over time while I gather data, then review it and make performance improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

The first time I used AB Tasty, it took about 20 minutes to get used to it, but after that it was rather simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Testing Insights, but Generic AI Recommendations"
4/5
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

I use AB Tasty to track form conversions and marketing funnels, spot where people drop off, and run A/B tests. The form insights and click, hover, and scroll maps give me valuable data I can’t find elsewhere, help me spot-check upcoming tests, and support my hunches with data. I find the platform intuitive and easy for technical and non-technical teams to coordinate around. Setup was very easy and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

I don't like the AI-generated page opportunities. The page improvements don't work for us and don't feel personalized to our exact needs. I can't give them business context or goals to meet, so the recommendations feel generic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup, Exceptional Service, and a Flexible Team"
5/5
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

It was easy to set up, and the service was exceptional. The team was very flexible and met all of our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

There's not much to dislike. The learning curve is medium and higher vs. other tools but once you're in it, it's easy to use. Only thing I might not like is it can mess up your page from UX perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AB Tasty Makes A/B Testing and Targeting Easy for Data-Driven Decisions"
4/5
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

AB Tasty helps us test campaign assumptions based on real user behavior, instead of guesses. I particularly value A/B testing for evaluating landing pages, call to actions, messaging, and overall customer journey. In addition, targeting capabilities really allow us to adapt experiments for various segments. The results give us data to discuss performance and define next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

It does take a little while to get the hang of with dealing with numerous experiments, different target audiences and varied tracking needs. I check the setup thoroughly before launching any tests. I also feel the reports could be a little more straightforward, especially if an overview is required of the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies product experimentation."
4.5/5
Describe the project or task AB Tasty helped with:

The service task involves setting up and managing A/B tests to optimize user experience and product performance. This includes configuring experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes based on data insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AB Tasty?

I appreciate that AB Tasty allows me to easily modify the product and run experiments without having to create major development tickets for every test. As a product manager, I can A/B test different page experiences, measure user behavior, and use these results when collaborating with design and engineering teams on roadmap decisions. The dashboard is also very user-friendly once the initial setup is complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Testing and optimizing landings without relying on development"
4.5/5
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

Above all, the ease of testing and optimizing a landing without heavily involving the development team. For someone working with PPC and ecommerce, being able to test changes and see if they really improve conversion is very useful to me. The value is good compared with what we're paying. The main benefit is the time we save setting up and analyzing experiments, as well as being able to test changes without relying heavily on development resources. When the tests lead to even a small improvement in conversion rate, the additional revenue can easily justify the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

Perhaps the learning curve at the beginning. Some configurations can be somewhat complex, and to get the most out of the tool, you need to dedicate a lot of time to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Visual Editor for Fast A/B Tests, but Reporting Flexibility Needs Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

At a fast paced atmostphere, we couldn't always prioritise development work for every product or website experiment, so being able to test different page layouts, CTAs, and signup flows using the visual editor was useful. I also liked how easy it was turn feature ideas into testable hypothesis by defining the metrics we wanted to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

While the built in reports are useful for a quick overview of experiment results, but getting a deeper understanding of what was driving the outcomes sometimes required exporting the data and doing additional analysis separately. This was more of an issue when we wanted to look for a specific or custome user segments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AB Tasty’s All-in-One Platform for Testing, Personalization, and Experimentation"
5/5
What do you like best about AB Tasty?

A big advantage of AB Tasty is that it’s an all-in-one platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools, AB Tasty brings together testing, personalization, feature experimentation, and user segmentation in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AB Tasty?

Many users feel the pricing is high compared to the value, especially if you don’t end up using all the features. It’s often seen as better suited for mid-to-large companies rather than startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
