**What do you like best about Yext?**

Yext is reasonably priced and it's a very accessible platform and pretty easy to use. We didn't need a ton of training to get started quickly. We use it fairly sporadically, it just works.

**What do you dislike about Yext?**

I think the price is a bit high, other than that it's a great tool.

**What problems is Yext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Yext to manage store listings effectively across Google and other networks, making quick updates and removing listings easily, unlike Google My Business, which has store limits and is slower.

**What do you like best about Yext?**

Yext streamlines the process of updating information across various listings, making it both easy and efficient. It helps us keep our contact details and business highlights accurate for potential customers, and this also supports our SEO efforts. Available reports make it easy to determine areas for opportunity. I use Yext on a daily basis and find it quite user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Yext?**

The implementation process took longer than I anticipated, and I would have appreciated more communication throughout. While customer support is responsive and generally helpful, they sometimes struggle to fully grasp my needs or provide solutions as quickly as I hope.

**What problems is Yext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yext has helped us reclaim valuable time in our daily workflow. Previously, we had to update information such as office hours and amenities across five to seven different locations, but now we only need to manage about three. The new GEO tool, Scout, is also proving useful by helping us figure out how to continue reaching prospects effectively in the age of AI.

I use Yext to manage our online Google services and really appreciate how it allows us to control our online profile in one location. I like the easy ability to use and learn Yext, even without having prior knowledge of online store account management. Being new with the company and needing to increase our online presence, Yext gave me the ability to grow our Google presence. The initial setup was fairly simple for me.

The integrations of business is a bit tricky when it comes to adding locations. The product performance takes some time to align with google's timeline as well for reviews.

Nothing, system is terrible and poorly designed

Nothing's working with Yext right now. There's no help, guidance, or explanation provided. There's no teaching or reviews, and it's terrible. I wouldn't suggest it to anybody. I've made several attempts to connect my Google reviews and business profile, but none have worked so far, and there's no help available. The setup wasn't easy at all.

I use Yext for managing my business reviews and uploading info to the micro site. It's great because it collects reviews and allows me to easily respond. I appreciate that I can upload staff pictures and bios. What I like most about Yext is its user-friendliness for multiple locations. I can manage both locations without having to switch, which is incredibly convenient. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

When uploading teacher pictures I have to do two steps to have it published.

User friendly, a variety of options to manage different data and represent it through various publishers. The support is also top-notch.

For the area where we use Yext, we have no negative feedback.

We use Yext for mapping data in our Shop Finder on our homepage and to flexibly adjust the data via Google or other publishers to describe as accurately as possible, including current images of our shops.

**What do you like best about Yext?**

Yext makes it easy to manage multiple review channels and especially Google Business updates all in one place. Having everything consolidated helps us maintain consistency across platforms and saves time. The interface is straightforward, and the core features deliver value. Their customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support. The UX/UI is easy to figure out. We don't use it on a daily or weekly basis as it's purely for location management, but it saves a lot of time without needing to log into multiple platforms each time.

**What do you like best about Yext?**

I really like the ease of use of Yext, it's truly valuable to me. I mainly use the Google reviews dashboard because it's what I need the most on a daily basis. I find the platform very intuitive, so there was no problem during the installation.

**What do you dislike about Yext?**

We should be able to have an option to see the most used words in the reviews.

**What problems is Yext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Yext to get an accurate report of Google reviews on a specific time frame.
