What do you like best about AbleTo?

There's nothing about AbleTo that I like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AbleTo?

AbleTo is supposed to provide access to their application for United Healthcare members as a mental health benefit. In my experience, this is completely unavailable and AbleTo is unresponsive to requests for help through their official channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AbleTo?

It provides online support for the patients who need help. With the program people who are unable to go outside still can benefit from the plan. Patients are provided with coaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AbleTo?

Only online help is available. No face to face session available which is also very important to trust the person who is helping you. Only helpful for the patients who has insurances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only have a limited amount number of sessions; but I'm not sure if that's an AbleTo thing or if my insurance company sets the limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
