**What do you like best about AbleTo?**

There's nothing about AbleTo that I like.

**What do you dislike about AbleTo?**

AbleTo is supposed to provide access to their application for United Healthcare members as a mental health benefit. In my experience, this is completely unavailable and AbleTo is unresponsive to requests for help through their official channels.

**What problems is AbleTo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AbleTo is not solving any problems; rather, they create more problems.

**What do you like best about AbleTo?**

It provides online support for the patients who need help. With the program people who are unable to go outside still can benefit from the plan. Patients are provided with coaches.

**What do you dislike about AbleTo?**

Only online help is available. No face to face session available which is also very important to trust the person who is helping you. Only helpful for the patients who has insurances.

**What problems is AbleTo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can talk to patients who are weak and can't visit the hospital or therapist and also in urgent need of help. Personal coaches can help them with emotional support with the help of program.

**What do you like best about AbleTo?**

My therapist is knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and honest. She has helped me understand reasons behind some of my thoughts and actions.

**What do you dislike about AbleTo?**

I only have a limited amount number of sessions; but I'm not sure if that's an AbleTo thing or if my insurance company sets the limit.

**What problems is AbleTo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me better understand some of my ways of thinking. Helping me learn how to manage stress.
