The price. It's too expensive. Especially if you decide to pay monthly to stay flexible to your business needs.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I use Waalaxy for B2B lead generation, and it helps me set up automation campaigns on LinkedIn effectively. It's been great because I've already gained two clients in just two weeks. It's the best tool I've found for LinkedIn DM automation; it sends invites and follows up while letting me use more personalized custom fields thanks to recent updates. Setting up a campaign is very easy; it's just a matter of signing up, connecting, and getting started. The ability to use targeted ICP scraped directly from Sales Navigator and enriching contacts, including finding emails, is the best part. I love the personalization features with syntax formulas to replace first names, company names, etc., which truly stand out.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I think they can upgrade more by adding custom time delay for each campaign in minutes and importantly campaign wise scheduling feature - with timezone so that each campaign works in diff timezone and we can find business from all over the world by reaching prospects when they are awake.

The pre-built templates are useful but can feel restrictive if you want to go off-script — there's limited room to build fully custom sequences. I've also hit the occasional sync issue with LinkedIn where the extension needed a reconnect. Nothing that broke my workflow, but a little frustrating when you're mid-campaign.

I still haven't been able to see how well it delivers, and feel I'm not exploiting it to its full potential and could be missing out on maximising my placements! I feel that having a customer success representative walk me through to ensure that I'm utilising the platform to its full capacity would of course, be an advantage

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm still to find out! But in essence, I still get the feeling it would be a huge asset to my business. That said, I have stalled my usage as I simply find I'm not confident as of yet that I'm using the platform to its best. Also, I'm using it for candidate outreach and would perhaps like to try out for client outreach too?

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

The automation sequence is genuinely set-and-forget. You drop in a LinkedIn URL, set your connection note, and Waalaxy handles the queue, pacing, and follow-up messages automatically. The campaign dashboard is clean — you can see exactly where each prospect is in the sequence without digging through tabs. For a small agency doing outbound at scale without a sales team, it removes a huge manual overhead.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The free tier limits you to around 80 invitations per month, which is fine for testing but you hit the ceiling fast once you have a real lead list. The API is also gated behind Pro — would be nice if basic API access was available earlier for teams building their own enrichment pipelines.

Consistent LinkedIn outreach without manual copy-paste. We run cold prospecting for local businesses across France and the UK — Waalaxy lets us build personalised sequences at volume without burning hours on repetitive tasks. **What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I like the immediacy of Waalaxy and the graphical interface which is young, sleek, and simple. The project itself, the concept of galaxies and levels, is very nice. Also, the concept design and support are commendable. I found the referral program truly interesting and powerful, even though I haven't used it yet, because of the percentages it offers and how well thought out and integrated it is. Finally, the simplicity and immediacy of the user interface, which has improved over time, is another aspect that I really like.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Sometimes the LinkedIn screen that needs to stay open to make it work has given me some trouble by duplicating itself and perhaps slowing down the browser a bit, but it seems to have been improved or resolved recently, honestly. That was the only thing, a bit of a flaw, just a small flaw though.

What I like the most is that I can schedule campaigns and, at the same time, see their progress and effectiveness.

1. The Rigidity of Sequences
Although Waalaxy offers very useful pre-designed templates, it often feels like a "straitjacket".

Lack of flexibility: Once a prospect enters a sequence, it is difficult to make changes on the fly for that specific contact without removing them from the flow.

Dependence on templates: If you want to create a very complex or customized logical path that is not in their predefined options, you may feel limited by the platform's structure.

The problem: Inconsistency in follow-up
Many contacts are lost not because the proposal is bad, but because we forget to write to them a second or third time. On LinkedIn, most conversions occur after the third contact.

How it benefits you: Ensure no one is forgotten. By creating sequences (LinkedIn + Email), the tool ensures that the conversation thread remains alive. This significantly increases your response rate without having to manually keep an Excel sheet of "who's up today."

I use Waalaxy for several years and had the opportunity of experiencing the evolution of the platform.

The UX/UI is fairly straightforward and easy to use, the capabilities and fuctions are clearly available and you can interact with the system with little or even no training.

Interaction between Waalaxy and LinkedIn via the Waalaxy Extension works well, with good performance and experience. In all these time I haven't experienced any disruption or malfunction that may affected my usage.

Pricing plans are fair. The free plan allows a good experience, but moving to paid plans allows user to get better value and possibilities from the sytem.

As the software seems to be well built, I honestly didn't need to access support. Available docs and videos serve well to address doubts and questions regarding to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The thing I miss the most in Wallaxy is the possibility of creating a customised sequence, like it is possible in Apollo or Kontax. It is fair to say that they offer templates for a bunch of situations - but only to personalise.

Enriching and extending my network and business opportunities. End of the day, this is the promise and it is effectively enabling me on pursuing that.

I use Waalaxy to fill sequences for sales outreach, and it's been really helpful in reaching potential prospects at a larger scale. I like the multi-touch sequences feature because it allows me to set up my own sequences to send connection requests and follow-up messages either immediately or after a few days. This capability to reach out with a specific plan and automatically follow up is massive for our team. The initial setup was very simple, making it easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

The hardest part is operationally trying to figure out how to integrate with other tools like Apollo to streamline the sales process. It would be really helpful if Waalaxy could have a connector with Apollo to manage LinkedIn messages more efficiently. Right now, organizing and manually adding different contacts to ensure they are in line with my sales tool is a bit cumbersome.

What I particularly appreciate about Waalaxy is the automation, which saves me from doing everything manually. It's great that you can automatically connect with people and send messages including follow-ups. These features help me not to forget things, which often happened in the past. Additionally, it saves me a tremendous amount of time, at least 10 hours a week, which is really efficient.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

Of course, I also have a few suggestions, for example, that one could filter the target groups even better. What I miss is the ability to filter target groups by age or to use more filters when, for example, putting people into a list. Because currently, I have people aged between, well, 18 to 70, 80 years in my list, and that's obviously not my target group, so that more filtering can be done there. I hope that this will be improved in the future. Yes, and of course a few details. So my biggest thing is really these filters.

Waalaxy saves me an enormous amount of time, at least 10 hours per week, as I can automate many processes. I manage well with it and no longer have to do everything manually.

It is an amazingly useful tool I have ever come across for my LinkedIn outreach. Simple, effective, the extension that makes it so easy to access anytime, the suggestions on the LinkedIn page are great. Everything you need to know about your campaigns.

No issues in connecting or adding it to the list; performance is great.

Automated prospecting campaigns are incredible. I think it just needs an AI profile analysis to further personalize the messages.

The UI/UX is great.

An MVP with Claude would be great.

The support in French is great and responsive, and the tool's performance is sufficient in my opinion.

However, I had an issue with the invitation limit on LinkedIn following the integration of Wallaxy. So that's a big problem.

As I mentioned in previous messages, I did not like the limitation I had with LinkedIn due to relaxed campaigns and I do not like the lack of possible personalization of messages following the profile.

Walaxy solves the problem of manual prospecting which can sometimes be very lengthy, and the invitations are really great. It's cool to be able to invite and then send a message a day later.

I also love that it saves me a lot of time in my LinkedIn prospecting. I love that I can import entire contact lists, automate sending requests and messages, and that I can track everything in one place and respond to messages from there. I like that I can export the results. I like that I can clean the lists so that only the contacts who are truly in the position remain. It's super easy to implement on LinkedIn. They don't take long to provide support and are quick. I love that I can set templates to send them in the request or in follow-up messages and don't have to do it one by one. I like that it's in Spanish.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I don't like the number of invitations I can send per month on the PRO plan, 300 seems too few to me, and paying for the ADVANCE is not worth it because LinkedIn only lets you send 100 invitations per week. 
I also don't like that, when duplicate cleaning is done, the filter is not done well; it ends up deleting people who are currently in the position I'm looking for.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time it takes me to clean my lists, send requests and messages, and respond to them saves me more than half the time it would take to complete the entire process from choosing contacts to responding to messages. I can search the list, export it to Walaxy, and filter (clean) it so that only the contacts I am interested in remain.

However I do confirm that if you upgrade to the Avanced plan you will be able to send up to 200 weekly invite. It's LinkedIn real weekly limit, even though they do not advertise it on their website. 

Regarding the duplicate prevention feature Waalaxy simply does not import in Waalaxy a result from your import if that prospect is already in your Waalaxy account (or in your team member's account),  but I can guaranteed that it never deletes prospects from your Waalaxy account.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I use Waalaxy to capture and prospect leads. It can save days by finding and sending messages to all the leads, which saves days for my sales team. Additionally, it is great for precisely finding who I am looking for and offers me great filters. With these filters, I can search by location, profession, among many others, which greatly optimizes my team's time. The initial setup of Waalaxy was very easy.

**What do you like best about Waalaxy?**

I really appreciate the automation for follow-up messages, because when you do it yourself, you tend to forget when to send them. With Waalaxy, I save a lot of thinking time and operational time, which I can put toward more important activities.

**What do you dislike about Waalaxy?**

I don’t like that the quotas aren’t clearly defined. At one point, I thought the Inbox Plan would let me send 10 messages per day, but after a few days I realized it was only sending 3 per day, and I needed the campaign to move much faster.

I’d also suggest giving users the option to set an end date for a campaign, regardless of how many contacts have been reached. In my case, the system kept automatically inviting people to an event that had already taken place. If I could set an end date, I might end up inviting fewer people overall, but at least I wouldn’t be inviting anyone after the event date.

**What problems is Waalaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Waalaxy is saving me a lot of time in operational and smaller tasks such as recurring messages.

What I like the most is how easy and intuitive it is to use, with everything integrated directly with LinkedIn and Chrome, making prospecting, messaging, and campaign tracking very smooth and efficient. The features I use the most are LinkedIn prospecting, automated follow-ups, campaign tracking, and contact organization. What stands out is how simple everything is to manage from one interface without feeling complicated. I once used Meet Alfred, but it wasn't for me or my needs, and I certainly prefer Waalaxy. The initial setup process was easy.

I like the way I can import contacts from LinkedIn using Waalaxy. Using the filters to find the right people and automatically saving the contact list to make the campaign is really helpful for me. It makes it valuable because I'm trying to find a job in my hometown, so I filter the companies I want to work in and search for people in HR or talent acquisition. The use of filters like city and others really helps a lot because it puts me in touch with the right people. The initial setup was actually very intuitive; I could use the interface with just five minutes of trying to understand it. It's all very easy and kind of obvious the way that it's planned.

I think that sometimes the interface is a little bit slow. And has some bugs. So I think that they would be better that they make a rehearsal in their coding and the service that they are giving on their web page.

I found the initial setup very easy, and in my opinion, I think it's the best LinkedIn automation tool I have seen.

I believe the pricing is a bit steep for a single user compared to the competition. Has way more functionality that I do not need. My requirements are very basic.

Integrating it with HubSpot has been great, making my workflow efficient.

Maybe the caps on automated actions but I understand that is more on LinkedIn's side than on Waalaxy. I don't like using it with Sales Navigator because you need to pay for it on top of Waalaxy.

The UI of Waalaxy is insane and very intuitive, which is a huge plus for me since I'm not a technical person; it really enables me to 10x my output. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

There is very little I dislike, but maybe the CSV exports don't always perfectly work. I also wish Waalaxy would get better connectors and MCP's to my AI tools to enable me to export directly from my Claude Code integrations.

I love the ease of use of Waalaxy. I can easily set up my campaigns with multiple follow-ups and use a tool to personalize my messages. I also appreciate the data dashboard that allows me to easily track the results of my campaigns, such as the response rate and pending profiles, which helps manage my activity. The import of CSV files with my contacts is another aspect I find appreciable. Finally, the initial setup was done very easily, and this motivated us to choose Waalaxy for its simplicity compared to other tools.

The main obstacle as an independent recruiter is the price. An intermediate plan would be perfect. I would like to be able to integrate more contextual variables into the messages, such as the position the company is currently recruiting for, or for the messages to be even more personalized based on the prospect's recent LinkedIn activities. Finally, also having indications of relevant signals from prospects in relation to their activity on LinkedIn.
