# Getting started was easy, but how do you troubleshoot stalled Waalaxy invite campaigns?

Waalaxy was relatively simple to start using, and I saw results in the first week with almost no mistakes. Later, I hit a blocker where I could not start a campaign to invite new contacts, and the Q&A was not clear enough or I could not find what I needed. It has still helped me send targeted marketing messages to my extensive network, but after the first month I do not feel I am moving fast enough on my own. How have you handled invite campaign issues and found the right help when you get stuck?
