# What's the best embedded integration platform for white-labeling integrations inside a SaaS product?

Hello G2 users, what's the best embedded integration platform for white-labeling integrations inside a SaaS product? I'm comparing tools in the embedded integration platforms category specifically on how well they let a product team ship integrations under their own brand rather than a visibly third-party tool bolted on.

What we're hoping to find:

A platform built for customer-facing, white-labeled workflows rather than internal automation only

Real reviewer evidence that the workflow builder handles genuinely different business processes, not just simple triggers

Something that doesn't force every customer into the same rigid integration shape

Prismatic describes itself as built specifically for B2B SaaS companies needing embedded, white-labeled tools, and reviewers across financial services and insurance specifically praise being able to design workflows around how their actual business processes work rather than forcing everything into a predefined connector.

For teams shipping integrations under their own brand, how much of the white-labeling was out of the box versus custom design work on your end?

One thing to add to the out-of-the-box question: white-labeling goes deeper than whose logo is on the connect screen. Once the integration wears your brand, your support team owns every failure, so the capability that matters most is whether they can see into a customer's integration, like logs, run history, and error states, without escalating to the platform vendor. Theming the UI is the visible half; a support team that can't answer "why did my sync fail" under your brand is the half that hurts.
