Vidyard is a solid free-friendly option, you record your screen or webcam and share a link, no install drama, and it&#39;s built for exactly this. Snagit (from TechSmith) is great if you want quick screen capture and short recordings with light editing, more of a one-time purchase feel. BombBomb leans into the personal video-message angle for customer touchpoints. Loom is the other obvious name people love for this, though on G2 it sits in the screen-recording space rather than video email, so worth a look alongside these. For a small team, do you want dead-simple record-and-send, or also tracking on who watched?&lt;/p&gt;
