"A Great TMS Solution For Heavy Haul Carriers"
What do you like best about Truckbase?

We chose Truckbase after a fairly lengthy evaluation of a variety of TMS solutions because they were the only ones that fit our needs as a heavy haul carrier. They were able to accommodate the high level of specs that we have to track regarding our commodities and were one of the only ones that had an option for price quoting before and order is created. Having the ability to do document management right from Truckbase allowed us to eliminate multiple other pieces of software along with giving us the ability to share documents like permits easily with our drivers through the Truckbase app and order landing pages. What do you dislike about Truckbase?

What do you like best about Truckbase?

Their Customer Care in the onboarding process is Top Tier! They have already set the bar high. From onboarding to customer support, my experience has been exceptional. Super user friendly design for both office and the driver use, it doesn’t get easier. I have had virtually no headaches during our transition. The one bug issue we had was resolved right away. Managing our fleet and managing our drivers has been so smooth. A breath of fresh air. Last but not lease, they are affordable even for a small outfit like ours. Growing our company is going to be a breeze!

What I like most is their Customer Care and their focus on equipment hauling and oversized equipment hauling aspects of the trucking industry. It’s almost as if it were designed just for us.

The ease of setting up heavy equipment hauling loads to creating an invoice to its connection ease with Quickbooks is very nice.

What do you dislike about Truckbase?

There are a few things that don't work exactly right for our business. But we are also adapting our business model to work with truckbase more for invoicing and payroll. What do you like best about Truckbase?

Truckbase has helped improve all facets of our trucking business and was simple to learn and begin using. Before integrating this cloud based software, many of our processes were manually performed which added time and redundancy across our various daily tasks. Truckbase has streamlined communication between our dispatchers, drivers, billing department, and customers. Our team is more organized now and benefits from being able to quickly reference historical data using the various search filters.

What do you dislike about Truckbase?

Currently there are no downsides worth noting, I would recommend it to everyone in the industry. When we first started using Truckbase one year ago, the software had some bugs and slow processing speed, but after pointing out the issues to their customer support team, those issues were quickly fixed. What do you like best about Truckbase?

Truckbase has a phenomenal interface which makes training and change management a breeze. Having come from the tech industry where the majority of employees are technically savvy regardless of interface, I knew ease of use would be the biggest determining factor of a successful implementation. What do you dislike about Truckbase?

To get nitpicky, I do wish that I had a little bit more flexibility in the system from an admin perspective. It would be nice to have access to more granular settings or even grid-like bulk updating features. What do you like best about Truckbase?

Very pleased with my experience with Truckbase. Have seen several product improvements in last few months and bugs are quickly worked out. Excited to see what improvements they make as the product continues to grow. Truckbase saves me hours of work and counltess headaches from experiences I have had with other TMS systems. Can't imagine how many hours of work it has saved me. Streamlines and makes the work easy. Provides automated tracking e-mails and updates to customer. Gives me the flexibility to build loads and dispatch from anywhere with mobile friendly interface. Support responds quickly and development values my input and uses it to grow the product. PDF importer allows me to build loads quickly and easily. Was very easy to get started and use from day 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Truckbase?

Truckbase truely cares about helping their trucking company partners succed. Their customer support is top of line and the ease of use and ease of implementation is best in the industry. I have taught my maintenance manager to search Truckbase for trailers that might have been damaged on loads in minutes. I have even taught people who have never used any TMS or dispatch software how to invoice loads to customers which keeps our delivered to invoiced loads count at nearly zero. Their driver app is simple to use and has all the features necessary for a driver to know what their pay will be on each shipment. I run approximately 550 loads per month through truckbase and in 12 months I have never had an invoice rejected for documents not attaching properly. I have lots of EDI customers and the updates flow flawlessly from our drivers phones to our customers back end systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truckbase?

Driver settlements need some work and that is on their radar and scheduled to get revamped in Q1 2025. They're more expensive than the cheapest systems(ITS Dispatch etc)but far more capable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
