**What do you like best about SnapInspect?**

The ease of use all around. Our field inspectors love the app and the setup on the backend is incredibly straightforward and easy to make changes too, especially with SnapInspect's onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about SnapInspect?**

It would be nice if when the photos save to the g-drive with the integration if they could have the unit referenced in the file name of the photo, since there are multiple inspections done in one day for one property (asset) and we don't easily know what photos go to which unit, so saving them to the drive is not helpful as of now.

**What problems is SnapInspect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our field inspectors didn't like how clunky our old system was. It was easy to make errors, erase photos and constantly had connection issues in field. SnapInspect has solved all of those issues. Also, it integrating with RentManager was so important and it does that well now.

**What do you like best about SnapInspect?**

The customer service has been next level. Everything we have needed they have helped with and found solutions. The software it self has been a benefit to us in that we are able to have a place to do inspections with video, pictures and comments. This has enhanced our performance because of the speed and quality of the software.  Instead of using 3 platforms we now are able to do it all in one platform. Plus the quality of the videos and pictures are higher level than other platforms. The interface is easy to work with and is very intuitive. We were able to integrate it with Appfolio which has saved us time and energy. Thank you SnapInspect!

**What do you dislike about SnapInspect?**

There is nothing in particular that I disliked.  Learning a new product takes time but SnapInspect itself has been great.

SnapInspect has solved move in and move out inspections issues.  It has saved us time and energy.  It also allows future employees to have an easy place to retrieve all information.

**What do you like best about SnapInspect?**

From the perspective of what I do, their software and process literally saves me HOURS per inspection per client. 
From the support perspective, they are very quick and efficient at getting me moving as I learn how to best utilize their program.

I honestly can’t think of anything. Up to this point they have been truly amazing. Their people make the difference. I really mean that…
George, Talia and Vicki to be specific. SnapInspect would not be as valuable to me without them.

**What problems is SnapInspect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. 
In the past I would inspect a property taking a ton of notes and photos, then go back to the office and spend approximately 4-5 hours creating a report that would be user-friendly to my client. 
Now after I do the inspection, I spend maybe 30 minutes editing the report and correcting my spelling errors then it’s done. 
So SnapInspect provided me a way to save something that can’t be replaced…time. And lots of it.

**What do you like best about SnapInspect?**

The three most valuable features - site maps with mark up feature, geolocated photos, and autosaving reports to our internal server. The sitemap feature and the ability to mark up and include geolocated photos simplifies communication both internally and externally for more timely and accurate resolution of issues. The upload of photos not taken directly in the inspection ap was more efficient than other applications. Additionally, I value how the auto-saving feature for reports making information easier to access on our local systems.

**What do you dislike about SnapInspect?**

How our OneDrive is set up and communicates with SnapInspect could be better.  This required more intensive assistance from our IT team that we did not explore as part of the pilot program.

SnapInspect simplifies property inspections from on-site data intake to internal records retention.

SnapInspect has completely transformed how we manage inspections and suite turnovers- fast, accurate, and customizable. The mobile-friendly interface, fast inspection process, and highly customizable templates make SnapInspect incredibly efficient. We also love the BI dashboards—they provide meaningful insights without needing extra tools. Their support team is quick to respond and open to feedback, which makes onboarding and updates seamless.

**What do you dislike about SnapInspect?**

There’s very little to dislike. One area for improvement could be adding more flexible scheduling options or calendar integrations to help coordinate inspections more easily. That said, these are minor and don’t take away from the overall value of the platform.

Before SnapInspect, our team relied heavily on manual processes for inspections and turnovers, leading to delays, inconsistencies, and data loss. SnapInspect has solved these problems by providing a centralized, cloud-based platform where everything is tracked, documented, and accessible in real time. This has significantly improved team efficiency, reduced paperwork, and enhanced the accuracy and speed of reporting. The ability to customize templates and reports has made our inspection workflows much more streamlined and professional.

**What do you like best about SnapInspect?**

From day one, the overall experience has been excellent, the SnapInspect team is patient, dedicated, and genuinely open to feedback. They’ve worked closely with us to tailor solutions, templates and reports, they also responded quickly to challenges we were having, and help us make the most of the platform. Their support has made a big difference in ensuring a smooth and scalable implementation across our portfolio.

The system itself is intuitive and easy to use. Building custom checklists, assigning tasks, and tracking inspections for both ongoing and completed inspections and tasks. It made our onboarding process so much easier. Features like full asset profiles, user-specific permissions, and automated reports for property owners have significantly improved our workflow and reporting accuracy.

We conduct around 4 - 6 inspections daily so implementing this app has definitely assisted us in improving our efficiency. Previously manual processes like costing, quality checks, and owner updates are now streamlined, giving our team more time to focus on what matters most and creating more detailed reports.

**What do you dislike about SnapInspect?**

The only drawback we've experienced is occasional crashing on some mobile devices specifically android users, which can be frustrating for our field team during inspections as they have had to restart the inspections which has been time consuming. However, we’re confident this will be addressed with future updates, and it hasn’t taken away from the platform’s overall impact.

**What problems is SnapInspect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution that could streamline the onboarding operations across multiple properties in our portfolio while maintaining our brand presence. We also needed to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. SnapInspect has helped us automate routine tasks, create tailored and customisable reports for different property owners, and deliver detailed, brand-specific insights about their homes. The ability to compare reports from different inspections over time has also enhanced our quality control and ensuring that we are looking after the property owners homes.

**What do you like best about SnapInspect?**

SnapInspect is easy to use and has incredible functionality for property managers. The ability to combine the inspection report with the move out letter saves so much time! 

The ability to let tenants review our move-in inspections WITHOUT making changes to the core report fulfills legal obligations, and makes future court actions easy while retaining the integrity of the data collected by PMs in the field.

Automatically generating tasks based upon specific data point triggers in our checklists saves time and avoids costly delays in the make ready process.

Our team has plans to broaden the scope of how we use SnapInspect to tenant approval/onboarding process, and owner reviews/asset improvement. These additional areas of value make the service worth well beyond what we anticipated upon sign-up.  

The onboarding team is responsive and helpful!

Missing features - choose to save some data that we collect in inspections to the asset categories for permanent storage without an extra step.

We are using it to eliminate PDF file editing processes with intuitive, on-the-go, app inspections that new employees without extensive PM experience can understand right away! (little to no training)

The interface is super easy to use, we have been easily able to incorporate the reports into our routine. The ability to create many different report types, as well as specify between units in individual buildings has streamlined our inspection process. Talia and the whole team have been great and super helpful with any and all of our requests and questions. Could not recommend enough!

By far the best feature is "request inspection".  It allows people outside your agency to perform predefined inspections.  The interface is easy to figure out for first-time users.  The backend management is straight forward and provides powerful searches and analitics.

**What do you dislike about SnapInspect?**

When a new user is instructed to download the app, the "log in" page confuses some people since we are "requesting inspection" and they don't have a log in.

This app alows us to have remote inspectors where it is not feasible to have staff inspect every property.

If i am doing an inspection i can continue to another inspection when convenient as previously i have had to go back to the office to download the inspection onto my cell this is awesome for me.  
Customer support has been really good; Snapinspect took the information and loaded all all the information from my spreadsheets and completed the set up for me and discussed it all the way through. 
Any issues they sought a solution with ease so far it has been awesome and very Professional.

Simply put:SnapInspect does what it is supposed to do.  I don't do the actual inspection, but from what I gather, it is efficient.  For me,  I find it very userfriendly

Since we are non-profit, the cost is on the expensive side for us.  But NO, I really would consider as what I dislike about it.

The adapability on the fly while using the app, ability to make changes to checklists, assets and other items on the webpage, before when we had inspection software it was all done through the app. Once you upload assets and customize checklists, tasks, comments etc its smooth and easy to use and share. Clients are impressed with the reports, end users are happy with the ease of use. Scheduling is also very useful.

So far, none. There are some features that we do not use so far but once we are more familiar may start using them, but so far that isnt a downside per se.

The mobile app is user friendly and allows users to conduct property inspections efficiently with real-time data capture through photos, videos and comments.  The app generates detailed reports that can be instantly shared with relevant parties.

New users may take time to get accustomed to the newly introduced app.

I have used other inspection apps over the past 5 years and none of them would provide the application needed for our projects. After much research, I found SnapInspect which not only met our application needs, it surpased them. With SnapInspect, I can fully customize inpection check list, add pictures of the inspection project or assests and instantly product a muliple unit excel spreadsheet report with individual links. Great project and great customer service!

To be honest, I have not found anything so far that I could point a finger to that I would dislike about SnapInspect.

I manage a national hotel inspection company for large hotel chains. There were some inspection processes we as a company have that would need to be customized in the app to enhance our efficiency and productions. Snapinspect listened and immediately had thier developers rewrite the mobile app to solve these concerns. Now we can have multiple technicians use SnapInspect to complete our scope of work and our Project Managers can review and close out the individual projects.
