Customization was key for our organization, since we’re not like other property management companies. Being able to tailor the platform to meet our needs has been a big help as we build out our Property Management side while also managing a continuously growing portfolio. The instant uploading notifications and performance helped those not in the field see exactly what was going on from the inspectors perspective. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional! White glove service indeed! From Richard helping us figure out if snap inspect was the right company for us to work with and walking us through the trial period to James and George with us every step of the way, making sure we fully understood every aspect and all that snap inspect had to offer for us. Integration was simply enough and the features within the dashboard made tedious work simplified like with 2 inspectors being able to work on the same inspection to save on time and cover more ground.

Ease of use, customer support, product platform, flexibility.

The sales and onboarding/training teams are great. Rudi and George were very informative, patient, and quick to offer suggestions based on our specific use to help us streamline things. Also, they were able to have small tweaks made to our version of SnapInspect to make our specific use case very efficient. From my initial experience, the app is very user friendly in the field. The app performs well in the field, and the ability to use it offline and then upload an entire set of inspections when back in range of WiFi is very useful!
