Sometimes it takes a few extra steps to find the setting or feature I need. I’d appreciate simpler navigation and more flexibility when customizing posts for different platforms. SOCi has been a great tool for managing our property’s online presence. As a Property Manager, I like being able to manage social media, reviews, and our online reputation all in one place rather than having to go through multiple platforms.

It makes it much easier to stay consistent with posting, respond to resident reviews, and keep our community active online while still managing everything else that comes with running a property. I also like being able to see our performance and engagement so I can get a better idea of what is working.

The biggest downside for me is that SOCi can sometimes feel a little overwhelming to navigate. There are a lot of different features and sections, and it can take some time to figure out exactly where to go for what you need. I also wish some of the reporting and analytics were a little more straightforward and easier to quickly understand at the property level.

As a Property Manager, I am usually juggling several things at once, so I would love to see some of the everyday tasks require fewer clicks and be a little more user-friendly. I love that I can post to several different social media websites at the same time and all from one place. It gives you photo and video attachment options, as well as stats and reports on how each post is doing. You can get a "Soci Score" and see how a post is performing and view the amount of clicks, likes, etc. inside Soci, without having to leave the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love more of the Meta options, like visibly integrated tagging inside the message itself. Currently, some posts (non-Facebook) don't have Soci Scores, which would be nice to add so I have a quick visual on how a post is performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love that all the photos remain available after we’ve used them, so we can reuse them as needed. We also have access to all of our apartment properties through a shared feed on Soci, which makes it easy to see what others in our group are posting and get inspiration from their content. The only thing I don’t find very helpful is the program’s layout. I wish it had fewer buttons and a more basic, streamlined look. I prefer when everything is really simple to find so I can just click and go without having to think about where things are. One platform to post and schedule across all my social media. It lets me see, at a glance, which days already have posts scheduled, which makes it much easier to plan ahead—especially during busy periods. Fan & Engagement Demographics gives me insight into how to refine my content. The libraries also let me choose from saved, generic posts, which makes scheduling even easier. So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike. Every step feels convenient and straightforward. The only downside is that when I plan posts directly on different social media platforms, I can often add music or engagement features right in the post to help it stand out a bit more. I find that not all of the listings information is received by platforms. Reaching out to those platforms organically generally doesn't solve much either so I'm left with inaccurate info online. This happens specifically with Yelp, Apple, and Bing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about SOCi is how easy it is to manage multiple social media platforms from one place. The interface is fairly straightforward, and the content calendar makes it easy to see what is scheduled and plan ahead. I also like being able to publish across different platforms without having to log into each one separately. The analytics are especially helpful because they let me track engagement and see which types of posts are performing well, which helps me make better decisions about future content. My main dislike is that there are still certain tasks I have to complete directly on the native platforms. For example, I can’t update a Facebook cover photo or profile picture through SOCi, so I have to log into Facebook separately to make those changes. I’ve also noticed that even when I set a thumbnail for a video in SOCi, that thumbnail does not always carry over to TikTok. I really like SOCi! It has made everything so much easier when it comes to planning, reviewing, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms. I especially like that it provides suggestions because sometimes I find myself wondering, “What should I post?” and SOCi helps give me ideas and inspiration.

The writing assistance for captions is also really helpful and makes the process so easy. I spend much less time creating and planning social media content, and overall, it has made social media feel much more manageable.

I really like that SOCi connects to multiple social media platforms in one place. The scheduling feature is one of my favorite parts because it makes it easy to plan and manage our social media content. I also appreciate that SOCi provides articles and other information that I can use for content, which saves me time when I'm trying to keep our pages active.

One thing that frustrates me is that I would also like the new property listings to automatically post to our main company social media page, not just the individual agents' pages.
