Overall, I have had a fairly good experience with Razorpay, but my biggest challenge in the information was its payment failure and troubleshooting. In most cases, the problem changes, but sometimes additional investigation is needed to understand the failure reasons and identify the root cause. Another drawback is that when accepting payments via QR code, we cannot directly test it in the testing environment, which is a significant shortcoming. We have to test it directly in production.
