We use Shopify, and integration was seamless. The dashboard is also easy to use and very intuitive. The fees the charge is also very competitive, one of the lower ones we could find. We also used RazorPay Magic Checkout for a while, which had some excellent features to reduce RTOs. Ease of using this service overcome a common hurdle for independent businesses which allow them to sell directly to customers. **What do you dislike about Razorpay?** Downsides must include that they don't offer services of payments to individuals through cc or other online payment cards. Being a trustable market player, they should think of common people as well. **What problems is Razorpay solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed me to directly receive payments under their secure transaction processing which eventually boost my sales as being an individual business owner, it's tough to audit each and every thing in right manner. They are making my finance division a stress-free book which allow me to focus more on growth and build up. ### 49. It will make transactions using NEFT, UPI, credit card and debit card services. There is no maintenance charges on this platform. Razorpay API enables the users to integrate it with any website for easier transactions. **What do you dislike about Razorpay?** Razorpay used for the transactions in India only. If we want any international payments we must complete extra documentation process. It charges fixed percentage of processing fee for every transaction. The customer service will not be available in weekend days. **What problems is Razorpay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payment processing is the tidious process for small and medium businesses. Razorpay will easily maintains the payment processing for such enterprises.
