It's important to either use QuickBooks' invoicing feature directly or choose a service that syncs all invoice product details with QuickBooks. Also there are many things they aren't set up to navigate (such as inventory) but they disclose that upfront. **Recommendations to others considering Pilot:** Pilot will streamline a lot for you and save you a ton of money, but if you have complex needs or reporting requirements... really discuss that prior to agreeing. It needs to make sense for both parties and as Pilot is new and growing in this field (which is much needed) there's still some things that need a manual touch.
