"Automated Bookkeeping Excellence with Pilot"

What do you like best about Pilot?

I find Pilot to be highly customizable and flexible, which was a huge plus for us compared to other options. Their automated bookkeeping has been a game-changer by consolidating our revenue streams and organizing our diverse product lines, which was previously done manually. I appreciate that everything is on time, with our books ready in the first two weeks of each month. It's great that they put in the effort to understand the complexity of our books, and their AI system makes things quick and easy by pulling in the books automatically. They also integrate well with tools like QuickBooks Online, Stripe, PayPal, and even our custom dashboards, making it seamless for us to work with them. I value that they're open to using our tools. What do you dislike about Pilot?

What do you like best about Pilot?

Well, since my review Pilot have managed to stay ahead of the curve. They actually added an economic expert at no extra cost. Meaning an AI tool that is truly helpful both mathematically and graphically. Gathering data, analysis and creating reports takes minutes instead of sometimes days. What problems is Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pilot is truly good at staying on top of rules and regulations, be it books or taxes, so I dont have to. They are patient and helpful as I remember my first mentor was. He was the CEO of a company with more than 90 % market share on WallSt. They made Stentofon / Stentophone. Plastic with fresh colours and the buttons, you know. They keep me on their toes with deadlines and communicate truly well. What I get in return is calm, focus and hours and hours better spent on planning of growth, for instance. I evaluated a few alternatives, but Pilot stood out for its focus on startups and the clarity of its offering. Pilot helps me manage bookkeeping accurately and keeps financial records organized from the start, saving time, reducing errors, and giving me clear visibility into the company's finances. I find the structured bookkeeping process, clear financial reports, and startup-focused expertise most valuable. Their accurate up-to-date financials and dedicated team give me confidence in managing the business and planning ahead. Pilot handles bookings through the platform and integrates directly with my bank account and Stripe, meaning there was no need to implement additional software. Their reliability, clear financial reporting, and startup expertise give me the confidence to continue working with them. "So Much Better Than Anything We Used Before"

What do you like best about Pilot?

I can easily find the reports that I need to share with our investors. Additionally, I like knowing that we can scale up in their services if we ever need more specialized services than regular bookkeeping. Pilot integrates seamlessly with QBO, ADP, and our banks. What problems is Pilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we worked with a book-keeper and the process was very manual. Long email threads with questions I couldn't go back and find... spreadsheets I didn't know how to read, etc. As a Founder, you just want the books to be done right without eating up your time. That's what Pilot has done for us. The people we work with there are experts in their field and easy to work with. The User-Interface of the system is nice to read. Accounting has always been one of the worst areas of my life. I hate how costly, time consuming, and boring it is. There's so many solutions out there, and, I think they come in to simplify as much as possible for our team. Reviewing books is quick & easy and I don't have to set aside a whole day. What I like best about Pilot is how quick they are to respond, how easy their platform is to use, and how their team doesn’t just do the work but actually becomes part of your team. They’re involved in the process, they help problem-solve, and it never feels like you’re just working with an outside agency checking boxes. They feel like an extension of our company. Our company is growing, and when our office manager, who had been handling our books, retired at the end of the year, we needed a better system to manage our financials. We weren’t ready to bring on a full-time CFO or accounting team, so Pilot stepped in at the right time. They were able to pick up right where our previous resource left off, integrate with our team, and provide clarity through both their technology and expertise. They’ve essentially served as a bridge between what we had and where we know we need to be long term. Pilot gives us the tools, support, and insight to be more financially conscious as we grow and helps set the foundation for eventually building a full in-house accounting team. Using bookkeeping as a preseed startup. I had another bookkeeper before Pilot who screwed up my books- incorrect categorization which resulted in counting an investment as taxable income because he didnt ask the right questions. What do you like best about Pilot?

I like Pilot's customer service, team members, and the Pilot portal. Their bookkeeping services, financial expertise, and broad range of team members make us feel confident. They're also incredibly fast. Their software platform really stands out; we don't have to use QuickBooks anymore and can easily monitor our books through their portal.
