The person I spoke to said I'd be able to cancel and get a refund if it didn't meet my needs. It was immediately lacking in many basic features and I have requested a refund multiple times over several weeks and am being ignored (it's a legal requirement for them to refund me based on my location). **What problems is LiveWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. Reliability because I had several problems with WebinarJam before, e.g. stuck after a few slides, cloning did not work, support refused to correct Hungarian translations and it looked ridiculous. There's no software to download and easy to use and manage. When I do use it for webinars, I love how easy it is to setup either a one-time or on-demand webinar. It's a great software and truly amazing if you're able to get the lifetime deal like I did. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** Sharing your screen or other content isn't quite as intuitive as Zoom, but definitely not difficult. **What problems is LiveWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zoom, especially when you add the webinar feature, can get expensive. I was able to purchase the lifetime deal for LiveWebinar so the cost savings alone have been awesome. I primarily do video conferencing and this just works. My clients don't have to download software or anything so it's WAY easier than something like GoToMeeting (which I can't stand). ### 6. When an attendee is made a presenter they have full access to the storage area which may contain files not meant for the session. 2. When you expand the video to the main stage, the quality of the video is not that great, even if the bandwidth is excellent on the attendee's end. **What problems is LiveWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Launching webinars, web conferencing and web meeting sessions is extremely simple and quick to set up. The step-by-step setup walks through each step with relative ease. It also offers a lot of display and functionality control depending on the purpose of the session. ### 7. The most significant advantage is being browser-based, making it easy to access on every device I've tried without having to download apps to host or join. The branding controls are fantastic, and the ability to have shared content "queued up" without pausing and resharing new content constantly is exceptional. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** One thing I don't like about LiveWebinar is the mobile viewing experience. I know this is a work in progress, but it needs to be mentioned. Meetings and webinars often go back and forth between a presenter on camera and "shared content" (video, images, PowerPoint presentations). Depending on the device being used, the attendee may have to switch from the on-camera presenter and "shared content" by using controls on their screen. This isn't fluid and is not what is expected when viewing a webinar. Same for the presenter; they expect control over what is being seen by those viewing the meeting/webinar. Having attendees have to tap a button on the bottom of their device or a "Switch" button doesn't work well, especially for those needing this for sales & marketing. **What problems is LiveWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team communication. We're using LiveWebinar for video meetings, brainstorming and recordings. Webinars in the future. The video meetings are helping the team I'm working with to be more productive thanks to the ease of connection and having a permanent room ready anytime it's needed. ### 8. An update to the interface would be fantastic so it doesn't feel like I'm using a windows XP. On top of having access to a videoconferencing tool, I can receive registrations to webinar, integrate my mailing list, have ongoing webinars and even record my rooms. Plus I can assing a permanent room to my team and they can open it up whenever they want! **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** A while back, I had some clients who were not able to connect easily using their iPhone. Also, the ability to share images easily during meetings. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** When you put people into a breakout room, it seems clunky to have to go into each room and unmute everyone and start the video. It is a bit legacy. However the functionality works so well you get used to it. Although it is what everyone uses, more than once I've had meetings that I forgot that I accepted pop up on my computer in the background. As I appreciate my privacy, I prefer an organization that respects that. Webinars, meetings and permanent rooms are all available. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** I had the "Waiting Room" option turned on and I had to let in each person individually. That was so frustrating as the term "Waiting Room" sounded so friendly. I was ready to resort back to Zoom until I figured out what the problem was, turned it off, and was back in business. Here's the main thing: People are familiar with Zoom now. Zoom alternatives have to act pretty much exactly like Zoom or people will get really frustrated and leave. **What problems is LiveWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** It replaces Zoom for meetings and provides a waaaaaayyy cheaper alternative if you need Webinars (guests can only listen). Zoom (for whatever reason) has no affordable webinar options. Live Webinar does. ### 39. For example, I'm in the U.S., some of the attendees in Australia had very low video quality even with adequate local internet speed.
