If you grow in the attendee's number, you can buy new places on the go. You can download the list of attendees and invite a co-host. No frills, but effective. You can even interact with a whiteboard. Recordings are very trustworthy, you don't need anything else then click the recording button and everything is managed and available in the cloud. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** There is no walkthrough inside and finding the guide is a little bit tricky. By the way is very easy to use. I had some trouble with integrating my marketing automation software, but I think the issue was on the other side. With LiveWebinar we are able to host events with external speakers very easily (MS Teams has issues with non-Office365 users). The fact that presenters and attendees are not required to install anything makes this software easier to use. We've been able to more quickly and easily set up events as we're no longer reliant on external bars/cafes being able to host the meetups. No additional application is required. You can join the webinar only having the meeting address and any device (computer, table, telephone) with a web browser. The call quality during meetings is splendid as well, there are no lags and or sound delays either. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** You need to spend a longer while to learn where are the most useful features located - the interface is a bit confusing at first - I had to keep notes on where are the features I need. LiveWebinar integrated with many popular email service providers (17), but not with all of them (like FluentCRM or Sendy). It also has only Zapier integration. When Covid was full tilt, the government of Alberta said no large meetings. We spoke with a rep who advised us to do the event during our free trial to test it out. We did several tests and were impressed with the capabilities. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** During the live event, the platform failed and would not allow our attendees to go into their breakouts. It would allow about 10 people of the 200 to go in, and would not allow us to sort any others. Due to this, the event failed. We were unable to reach anyone (rep or service) during this time and after fighting with the system, gave up after 1 hours of trying to correct it. I've not tested it with more than 5 people, but I can say with confidence that the platform has given me no reason to contact customer service, so I know the tech can scale.
