Some of my favorite features are the Multiple Language support, intuitive interface, lots of helpful tips built into the UI. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** There is no trouble ticketing system at last check, so in the rare instance when you do have an issue, you may have a waiting time of up to a couple of days- though I have had inquiries answered within minutes. Most replies took a day or longer. The lack of a ticketing system is not a complaint of the software or the company. The fact is, the software is so slick that the need for support is rare. **Recommendations to others considering LiveWebinar:** Make sure to test and compare any competing product to Livewebinar.com on a low-bandwidth device or with a slow and unstable connection. Livewebinar.com works great on poor connections and is outstanding on connections with high bandwidth. There is no need for symmetric bandwidth as it will use what you have adaptively- and better than any other product we have tried. **What problems is LiveWebinar solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software has allowed us to easily have live instructor-led events which are up to four hours long and with hundreds of participants. We tried using Vimeo for the same sort of events, and Vimeo could not meet our needs when it came to features such as chat, interactive polls, and whiteboards. There is no tutorial and the user demos and docs are outdated, full of typos or not in English. It's difficult to use and support is slow to respond (though not as slow as Zoom). One of them is the LiveWebinar application. The application was recommended by the company for our use. I have been working from home for about a year and we have been conducting in-house negotiations and conferences through this application. In other words, it is possible to log in via mobile only via browser, but we know that their competitors have a mobile version. The support team is super responsive and always answer our emails real fast in a respectful manner. They also welcome input for improvements, which is a good sign. The video quality was poor initially with our participants complaining about it. But when this was brought up, last year they overhauled the video drastically and my mastermind participants love the video quality now. You can load multiple documents to show your participants with a tab-like feature. That's one tab Video file, another tab PPT. **What do you dislike about LiveWebinar?** Some attendees find it confusing to use the meeting controls as it is not as intuitive as Zoom. Perhaps because they are more used to Skype and Zoom. I would like them to improve the UI with some expert advice. LW has an issue with PPT slide numbers showing up during presentations that alert participants of the number of slides remaining.
