**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I like using Jobvite because it keeps things organized for me and allows me to save templates for repetitive tasks in different departments. Its ability to keep documents makes it easy to find what I need, such as driver documents, degrees, job descriptions, and offer letters uploaded by new hires. I also love that Company Policy Agreements can be signed digitally, and the I-9 form can be completed online.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Sometimes for only one person, I couldn't download the I-9 form. Also, when creating new tasks for templates, the date entry is a bit confusing.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Jobvite for onboarding, keeping things organized, saving templates for repeated tasks, and easily finding documents. It helps me find driver documents and new hire uploads like degrees and job descriptions quickly, plus signing policies digitally and completing I-9 forms online.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I love Jobvite's ease of use. Everything is pretty simple, intuitive, and easy to understand. It makes it easier for recruiters of all backgrounds, not just technically savvy ones, to get their jobs accomplished quicker and easier. My recruiters love the ability to move quickly, get screens completed, and interviews finished. The text feature is amazing, and they're really enjoying diving into the telemetry model.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

I do not like the fact that their definition of 'hire' is at the point an offer is accepted, not at when they're officially hired. So we've had to create a lot of workarounds on that. Also, the onboarding module is a lot of work, although I like it better than this new one they were thinking about going to. It just takes a lot to set it up. We struggled a little bit with the API on the onboarding side and eventually actually gave up on trying to create that API.

Jobvite helps my recruiters move quickly to complete screens and interviews efficiently. The text feature is amazing, and the telemetry model is enjoyable for them.

Product is as advertised. It is applicant friendly, intuitive, and makes the recruiting process efficient. It is easy for our Recruiters to use as well.

They really need to add a job library. Also customer support is a little slow but not too bad

Jobvite makes for a more efficient recruiting process. It gives us several ways in which we can reach out to applicants. Texting feature is a big help.

I find Jobvite easy to use, and I appreciate how it facilitates managing candidates and tracking job requisitions effectively. I also value the notes section and the task sections, which contribute to making the recruitment process smoother.

I would like to be able to set an out of office email message to go out to candidates who apply for positions when I'm not in the office. We need an out of office automatic reply that we can set when out of office.

I use Jobvite to manage candidates and track their progress to being hired. It's easy to use and makes finding past candidates and job requisitions straightforward.

Jobvite greatly increased our application rate, not only with an increased number but with an increased number of qualified candidates to select from. We were able to configure Jobvite to meet our organizations needs. Jobvite has lead to a better candidate and hiring manager experience based on the ease of applying and the ease to review applications and to schedule automatic interviews.

No downsides come to mind. With every system and tool there are always items that can be improved upon. Jobvite does a great job of rolling out new and improved features with consistency.

Honestly, it feels pretty outdated... The interface isn’t user-friendly, and even simple tasks take more steps than they should. Reporting is frustrating, and customizing anything is a hassle. It’s not intuitive, and it slows us down more than it helps sometimes.

It would centralize job postings and applications, which is helpful for keeping things organized but having everything in one place makes it easier to manage open roles and keep track of where candidates are in the process.

I hold a favorable view of Jobvite's features from the perspective of an applicant. **What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Jobvite's customer support system truly standouts in a marketplace of phone trees, emails left unresponded, and spending value time working with junior support.  Jobvite acts very quickly to identify the problem, and get it to the right team to help.  We usually have our tickets responded to in less than an hour, with a resolution or set of next steps by the end of the day.

The system is robust.  It takes about a year to learn if you were not a hands-on user during implementation.  I'm confident any new client implementing the system initially will pick it up quickly, and love the integration options and features ready to deploy.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

My two not so favorable pieces of feedback are the revolving door of Account Managers, as well as the ease of use of Custom Fields.  Custom Field administration is burdensome, and could use enhanced functionality to archive, hide, and update.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobvite is making the candidate experience extremely simple.  That is our focus when addressing any type of new requirement.  It takes a team of savy Recruiters to pull the levers, and our team is incredible, but the candidate experience is our focus.  Our candidates are usually delighted.

I like that I can quickly review candidates. Mass Text Message to quickly source candidates.

I wish I could do more sourcing from scratch to help build our funnel. I also want to see more workshops to help us use all functionalities we have. SOmetimes we have many features that the folks who use it daily have no idea we can use until we stumble upon it. A list or org specific training would be helpful to maximize our account.

Helps us streamline our full cyclye recruitment process, and onboarding tasks all live in one place. Ease of collaboration between our HRIS and staffing team.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Easy to use in ATS and Onboarding. Analytics can improve a little but compared to 5 years ago, it has grown greatly. My current CSM is great.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

- Knowledge base needs alot of work. Search is horrible. Unable to find anything. 
- Delay within analytics. Needs to be real time instead of 4 hours for changes to reflect correctly.
- Response time from support team could be better. It gotten better but last 2-3 years was not great.
- 4-5 changes of customer service managers within a short period of time is concerning. Hoping no reassigning anytime soon.
- Better communication from the AP team. Neglecting customer's questions is not a good experience.
- More in-person training vs webinars via Zoom
- Analytics Helpful tips ("i" icon) are vague. Need to be more accurate and precise.
- Bring back chatline support for instant response
- Sharing Analytics needs to be worked on

New, equipped, and knowledgable CSM. Love her and hope she's not going anywhere soon. How to onboard new hires efficiently. (Currently and not before) help in building reports to deliver data to important people.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Jobvite has a solid process for moving from requisition to onboarding of a candidate and once everything is setup and running it tends to serve recruiters and hiring managers well.  Reporting with Looker makes it easy to get data out and shipped off to other analytics systems.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Behind the scenes, the logic and configuration of Jobvite seems overly complicated compared to other ATS I have used.  At times it does result in more support requests than would be typical of other products, and it can make change much slower than other systems designed for this set of tasks.

I really like the simplicity of the website. I also really like how easy it is to filter any and everything. Since it is something I use every day, I also appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with support for anything I might need - not that there is much to need customer support for since it runs pretty smoothly.

I will say that the one thing I find a bit difficult is the hoops it feels you have to jump through to get to any shortlist of candidates you might have created.

Jobvite is a robust recruiting platform with a number of features. The main one we used was the ATS and it was extremely helpful to manage our candidates and processes.

The interface is not as intuitive as had hoped, but fine on the user side. However I can't find anything on the admin side so hunt around endlessly everytime we need to make a change. Unfortunately, I was not the one who implemented Jobvite so don't have any of the implementation materials or any idea how it was originally set up which makes it harder.

Having used Jobvite from a candidate experience, it was very easy to apply and navigate through onboarding items.

From an emloyer perspective, I really love how user friendly Jobvite is. It's an easy app to learn as navigating the app is self-explanatory. Onboarding/Onboarding Admin makes the whole process very simple.

Analytics and Intelligent messaging have been a game changer for pulling reports and send quick communication to candidates.

Jobvite can sometimes take a while to load certain forms or to pull certain pages.

I like the ease of use, the library of learning modules, and the ability to have multiple users interact with the application and assign roles according to their jobs and needs.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

It is not a downside of the application, per se, but I wish updating configurations would be a little bit easier. We learned all these steps during the implementation process with the support of the implementation team, but remembering how to do things, even with notes, feels a bit confusing 🫤. I wish there was an AI search bar to ask questions and it would direct me to the right module or list the steps to follow for my specific issue.

It is helping us have better documentation and it is streamlining the process from posting a job to hiring an applicant. We also are working hard to train our people to use the application correctly and close requisitions with the correct disposition in order to have accurate reporting.

I have used several ATS platforms, and I like that Jobvite captures all the basics and creates opportunity for customizability within areas such as offer templates, attachments, integrations with DocuSign for signed documents, etc. It has worked well for my team since the implementation.

Jobvite, like any ATS, does have some limitations to the extent to which you can cusotmize. There are also some times where I wish running reports was easier for a new user.

You can do everything in one spot. Hiring managers can see candidates, candidates can get updates, offer letters can go out, every email someone responds to on their outlook is all logged into Jobvite.At first it was complicated for me, but the team walked me through multiple features such as job req approval process and all the different workflows you can do with Jobvite. Furthermore, it is so customizeable it really can be tailed to how you want to run your recruitment efforts.

At first, i did find it confusing since there were so many ways to customize it but once i did some demos with their team it all came together.

It is easy to create and update requisitions and job postings.  It gives us insight into how our recruiting efforts are working.  It is easy to search within the database when we have new searches- our previous system did not allow us to easily search the assets we had.

My biggest challenge is customer support.  It is all on line and the responses are a bit slower than I would like.

Jobvite's job board reach is extensive and gives us access to job seekers we might not find on our own. We have a lot of niche searches so finding "hidden" candidates is key.

I think Jobvite has a nice visual UI. It is easy to find requisitions and candidates. The integration between JobVite and ADP WorkforceNow with the connector was also easy and the support for that was always prompt. Moving from a different system, Jobvite had a lot of better capabilities and is a better place to agregate all of our hiring date.

The backend of the platform feels confusing at times and a bit difficult to customize. I understand the limitations of any system, but some functions/features that we were told couldn't work a certain way seemed counter-intuitive.

I like that it is relatively user friendly & customizeable. I like the screening features offered from a Hiring Manager perspective.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

That we can't integrate it with e-Verify to complete I-9 verifications as required by US Law.  And that we can't get the I9 form until we complete the ID details (as if we are doing an e-verififcation) so basically we have to do the work twice. It's not currently integrated with our HRIS system (UKG) either. While I feel like JobVite has the potential for greatness, in my world, it just created more tedious, manual tasks. At least for the time being. I have not seen any benefits of it being more efficient than the process we were using before. There also needs to be very basic-level user guides depending on the level the Hiring Manager is at. (Corporate or higher level versus front-line managers)

When it's fully functional & integrated, the hope is that it will be more efficient & more user friendly for both applicants and hiring managers.
