The ability to easily move through every stage of the recruiting and hiring process.

That you cannot see the hired emails and recipients after you send them.

It is a onestop shop for scheduling interviews, inputting evaluations, sending offers, and onboarding candidates. It connects to Outlook and Teams so it is incredibly easy to schedule video interviews through jobvite.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I like that there are a lot of interactions within Jobvite for all users. 
The referral process is smooth for associates to navigate. It's also straightforward forward for associates to apply to an open role if interested.
The plaform itself is engagaing and captures a lot of information in reviewing candidates.
Customer support is also very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Some of the backend configurations is a lot to figure out when even just a small change is needed.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of areas are now more automated for our recruitng process. The information that is captured for candidates is beneficial.

Jobvite is easy to navigate, pretty straight forward when managing candidates and recruitment processes.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The reporting is a lot of times not accurate. Data we are pulling are not 100% accurate when we investigate every requisition independently.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to navigate and easy to schedule interviews, send follow up emails etc. It saves a lot of time when managing multiple candidates/requisitions at the same time.

1. Jobvite helps me communicate with candidates through messages., store the conversation as history and my team or I can read it any time in future.
2. we can share our multiple available slots with candidates and candidates can choose one of the options, jobvite schedules the interview.
3. Easy to use or access information

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

1. It consumes lots of time when we try to integrate with another platform
2. I tried to automate our offer letter through Jobvite, if the offer letter is one page, it can be done smoothly but we had multiple pages, and I had lots of struggled with maintaining alignment, format and creating the data point.  I had to redo the entire process if something does not appear as expected

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Video Interviewing and creating questioners for prescreening, both are the best features.
Video Interviewing -  It helped me in the campus recruitment process where our major criteria was to check the candidate's communication.
Questioners for prescreening - creating role-based questioners, It helps to screen the candidate profile faster and communicate with them accordingly.

Jobvite is a straightforward ATS platform with onboarding capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The learning curve is STEEP.  The workflows are complicated, however, once you get the hang of it, setting it up is fine.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobvite enables us to organize internally the various workflows to bring on a new hire.  It also allows us to be super high touch with new hires and offer a seamless onboarding experience.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

The fact that it helps with visibility! I can easily see what my colleagues are going through when having a candidate in a recruitment process. We use it every single day. I think it's way easier now, we don't need as many exceles anymore, we have a "data base" because of Jobvite now which can be accessed anytime.

Sometimes it crashes, but it's undergoing continious upgrades!

I don't have to text or e-mail my colleagues anymore, the process is smoothly now. I can just check their activity. We don't have so many bottlenecks anymore.

It is a visual platform where you can check your candidates but also you have the chance to organize the data. It's easy to use and facilitates how you manage the information. It can be integrated with other platforms like google calendar, email, and Linkedin.

The information is updated the next day, but the other things are fine.

Keep track of our candidates. It's creating a database where I can find old and new candidates, reuse those old candidates because the information is going to be always there.

I don't have many downsides about Jobvite. The only thing I would like to see more of is up to date standard operating procedures in the help center.

I review this with a * given this is the only ATS I've used and I have limited understanding of other tools. You can: track candidates, correspond with candidates, create knock out questions/forms for application submissions, connect JV to Docusign for offer packages, connect JV to GoodTime scheduler. I use it daily.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

There have been minimal improvements to JV in the last 6 years, the analytics/reporting functions are awful. I know from speaking with colleagues that it is limited in its functionality.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a. our ops team works with JV to solve for issues, but I haven't personally seen any real updates/upgrades in the last 6 years.

I hate that I have to pay extra money just to get good customer service.  That's insane!  I will probably not renew next year.  Also, the implementation took so much of my time, I should receive a W-2 at the end of the year.

Jobvite allows us to manage applicants, candidates and potential candidates in one platform.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

The search engine for sourcing candidates already spoken with was easy. It allowed me to complete a boolean search and view profiles related to it. I utilized Jobvite on a daily basis and it's an easy tool to implement and integrate with other sourcing tools.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

There were multiple candidates' profiles and hard to see everything on one page. Along with all candidate notes from interviews conducted across multiple offices. I never used customer support but upper management did and it was a hit or miss when resolving issues.

Unfortunately, we no longer utilize Jobvite.

Jobvite is very intuitive and user friendly compared to other ATS softwares. The dashboard is clear and concise and most screens are self explanatory.

Customer support could be better. Tickets remain open for longer than anticipated.

Jobvite houses all the pertinent data in one place and is easy to navigate.

The ATS itself is simiilar to other systems but overall an easier experience. There are a lot of helpful videos and information in their learning center if you run into any issues.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The metrics are not always accurate and the filters leave a lot to be desired. A more intuitive and customizable report functionality is my main dislike about the ATS.

I know that they are working on their customer service and that has been helpful.

The UI and interface of Jobvite were easy to use.

A major issue with Jobvite was that it created separate profiles even when a profile already existed in the database. This resulted in duplicate profiles and made it difficult to keep track of candidates.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep track of the open requisitions and candidates submitted for them. Additionally, it will analyze the activities related to specific requisitions.

I like the level of customization for workflows.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

1) Account managers are contantly changing. 
2) Some functions like auto-rejection of applicants after the job is filled was recently added and in a way too complicated form. Used to have this function with other ATS like a one click instead of building an automation.
3) Analytics is way too complicated.

I greatly admire how detailed JobVite is for monitoring a candidate at each step of the way, adding evaluations/notes, all the way through hire.

While JobVite is very detailed, sometimes there is a lot of information that may not always get used and can make it difficult to keep everything streamlined/updated.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Jobvite has a lot of features that allow for customization and usability by the recruiting team but it does take quite a bit of knowledge around implementation and how to structure things. The automated candidate scheduling feature has been a real time saver on our end! Intelligent Messaging is also a WONDERFUL feature. The transparency offered to the hiring managers in the system has really stepped up our collaboration and it's one of the features we like the best. The workflows are also easy to set up and navigate. The automated communications are great too, but some of them are not able to be as adaptive as others because they work at a system level, not at a workflow level. The analytics suite is also pretty great! It's based on Lookr so you can easily train yourself on how to update a report that's already been built as a template and make it your own relatively easily.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Our implementation process was extremly difficult. We had a representative who was not used to working with brand new clients and often would not be the best at explaining the downstream ramifications of certain features that we were adopting.  But, we've overcome a lot of those initial hurdles and our customer suport team continues to be responsive and helpful. We were promised some integration features which turned out to be dissapointing - particularly as it came to ADP and bridging our onboarding with our ATS information. There are often costs on the other side of integration that Jobvite knows nothing about and would benefit from learning more to better support their customer base. We were initally very excited about the social share features but that hasn't proved to convert many candidates to application or hire and took quite a bit of learning to understand how to best set up imagery for maximum performance. We've also struggled to integrate our job feed with some of our paid partners (Indeed and Zip Recruiter) so I recommend that you do a lot of laying the groundwork first with those vendors before moving to the automated feed.

Scheduling is a huge problem that it solves by speeding up the amount of communciations that are automated directly as you are scheduling with a candidate. It's also solved our texting with candidates capabilities and helped us better understand our candidate journeys and how we can tighten up processes within workflow stages to get to a lower TTF.

We have used Jobvite for 15+ years, so I like that we have all of our historical hire data in one place. This is really convenient for looking back at records or looking up information.

I also like the Jobvite smart scheduler.

It doesn't easily integrate with our other systems, we hope to establish integrations in the future.

I also think some of the navigation and templating is clunky and not intuitive.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I's very powerful to have informations about the candidate such as summary, resume, previous applications, etc. Also, writing notes, evaluating and seding messages to the candidate is awesome!

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

I wish we could track the owner of the status update. As a Hiring Manager, I updated some candidates to "Resume Review" so the HR could review their application but the HR also moved some candidates to the same status. With that, all candidates got mixed and I had to review them again.

It would be very powerful to ordenate candidates and mark as favorite some of them. I have to use a separate spreadsheet so I can guide HR in our desired interview order.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking all candidate information in one single place. Also, tracking all feedback from recruiters in one platform.

With Jobvite, we can have our position workflow very easy (request a position ang getting it approved) - It avoids sending messages on slack/email and helps us keeping the history for the position.

With Jobvite, I know that candidates will apply directly to that tool, avoiding a lot of email messages on inbox. Internal people also know how to send a referral link so this is also tracked (although it could be easier to create a referral link)

There are many features that can be helpful, it is easy to transcribe notes from a candidate phone screen and send them quickly and directly to a hiring manager along with the candidate resume.  It is easy to proceed candidates through the recruiting processes, through offer extended, offer accepted, and onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Not being able to do boolean searches for candidates within the database.  I would not describe it as the most 'user friendly' ATS.

Full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding.

I like that you can have multiple brands separated under one single system without any weirdness to navigate.

There are some things that are more difficult than it needs to be. Creating a phone screen AND an interview in the system requires you to create one and then copy it to another so that they are both tied to one questionnaire. I would love to see a way to have candidates attach a file if we need a sample piece.

There are a lot of cheaper options out there for businesses that don't need a lot of nuances. Jobvite does what they do pretty well overall though.

The template configurations made for an easy design and implementation.  The organic broadcasting and application obtainment has allowed us to reduce paid recruitment advertising  resulting in a lower cost-per-hire.  We easily intergrated Jobvite with our Outlook Calendars, Assessment Vendor, Background Check provider, and I-9 vendor.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Jobvite ATS is one component of a larger Evolve suite of products.  They are joined with a Talemetry CRM, Intelligent Messaging, and Analytics.  Understanding the features, capabilities, and integrations between these platforms can be complex.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The quantity of applications on our requisitions has been outstanding leading to lower investment in position ad sponsorships and ultimately in lower cost per application.

How jobvite has the workflow with each applicant so it is easy to keep track of. I also like the ability to look up different steps in the workflow and see people who are in each step to be able to follow up.

Something that I dislike about jobvite is reporting and trying to create reports and then how you are unable to delete certain options in the disposition or in the additional questions. It just makes it hard to sort through.

The ATS is really intuitive and easy to use - the functionality meets all the requirements that you would want to have.  It definitely shines as an applicant trackign system so if that is the only item you are looking to purchase I think it's an excellent choice.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The customer service has been severely lacking behind other ATS/HR softwares that I've used. It's really difficult to get any help when you need it and the quality of the service has been very short and non-friendly in my experience. The Onboarding module and tools like Intelligent Messaging also not have been fully functional in my experience. These products still need a lot of work and support in order to make it a more appealing product to HR teams.

The Applicant Tracking Sytem has solved a lot of problems managing and streamlining candidates and applicants as well as letting us build in a background check ATS. The ATS features are very robust and easy to use.

The user experience can be better adjusted to actually enable users to explore more. The search must be better. Now, while we search for a Job opening which we see in linkdin, there is a time delay and needs to be prompt and precise

I enjoy working with our account manager. 
Hiring managers can submit requisitions through Jobvite and it goes through an approval process (However, you are not able to self-service the approval process, you need to submit a ticket each time approvers need updated.)
It is better than not having an ATS at all....

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

-There are so many things pre-programmed into the system that does not allow customization. For example, every time a candidate is submitted to the hiring manager, the hiring manager receives an email. Even when bulk actioning the candidates, the hiring manager receives an individual email for each. This can not be turned off.
-You cant easily differentiate between internal/external candidates.
-When candidates are interviewing there are multiple "steps" under the same interviewing stages (Requesting candidate availability, scheduling the interview, etc.) It is not easy to see who has/has not responded or scheduled an interview. 
-No read receipts on emails or Instant Messaging. 
-There is a severe lack of transparency when it comes to interview questions (even recruiters can not preview) you need to have admin access to set this up and to view. 
-There is lack of training and support for analytics. It lacks some basic functionality such as calculating an average of a column. It is an insane mark up if you want to connect via their data exchange.
-The merge tags are not consistent. for example the merge tag for includeing a link to a meeting in the candidate email invite is [schedule-date-time-range-interviewers-title].
-From an administrative standpoint it is very disorganized. 
-There are a ton of nuances in the system that you find out after the fact (such as the max # you can bulk action at one time is 50 candidates) 
-If you reach out to tech support with a question 9/10 times they will tell you it is not possible.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly it is creating more problems than it is solving. Prefer the previous ATS we've used but we are locked into a contract.
