I have to say that in FreeConferenceCall.com there is a flaw within its system, which is becoming more and more notorious, where there is a constant and notorious abuse of advertising on the platform, where at the sides of the page design are such ads, which encourage the process of development and use of it, which causes a serious and successful dissatisfaction by users. FreeConferenceCall lives up to its name because it really is free. It allows me to have a quick conference call line that I can share with my team, clients, and co-worker. The hold music is not pleasant. It is also not toll-free for long-distance calls. The application can still be stronger because it is too basic and straightforward, even in today’s technological standards. Having too many people on the line may cause problems because it will start to sound choppy, this is only good for small companies. There are also instances wherein the screen-sharing option is slow so that it could delay the conference. Sometimes the control windows do not open in a standard Window. What I like most about FreeConferenceCall.com is its ease of use and its accessibility, since I can use it for video calls and audioconferencing and at the same time you can configure simultaneous voice calls of excellent quality and reliability at no cost other features that stand out are The presenter controls which allows us to silence the attendees and control the call and in the end generates a report that allows us to see who was on the call and how long was the duration. I like how easy it is to use. You get an email with a phone number to call. I get to use my personal phone and I call the number listed in the email. I did not like that some people were unable to join our conference call because there must be a limit of the amount of people that can participate. We had a conference call that should have had approximately 50 people in it, but only 25 or so were able to participate. It would not let the other staff members join and they tried multiple times to get in on the call. I didn't know what to expect, with FreeConferenceCall.com being (to my knowledge) the only way to set up free conference calls that can last over an hour with no cap on the number of participants. However, it was extremely easy and quick to sign up, and ten minutes after I had created my account I was on a call with several team members with no problems at all. I am just learning the system and I wanted to create a training with Google slides that I could record and attach the link to email out. It works excellently for basic conversations and I find it to be much simpler than WebEx and other more complex conferencing services. Obviously, there's limited functionality, but it's more than enough for 99% of my client interactions. They send you an email summary of the call after each instance. Freeconferencecall.com announces the name of the company at the beginning of each call, so your clients know you're using a free service, which, I suppose, may come off as cheap. I don't use Freeconferencecall.com very often, but the times I've used it, it's worked pretty well. The ability to call directly into the conference and NOT have to enter a giant string of letters and numbers to access it is great. The connection isn't the best most of the time, but it's hard to know whether that's the service itself, or other callers' connections. Obviously a good (or bad) signal/reception will either help or hurt your ability to be connected to the call. And when you're in the car it's very hard to hear/understand the others on the call.
