# What new features will Jobvite be realeasing in the future?

Typically, industry changes can have an impact on how various tools are developed so I'm curious to see what industry changes are influencing any potential updates to Jobvite.

Since I don't work for Jobvite, but I am a user, this is just from my perspective.  Something recent that they released that is quite awesome is candidate self-scheduling. This new feature has saved me a massive amount of time and hassle in scheduling interviews. It interfaces directly with Outlook or Google Calendar. 

The other that was launched last year was a text feature working with Canvas app as a partner. It works great to connect with candidates via text without using a personal phone number, and provides for use of templates, some light AI/chatbot features, all customizable by the user.

I am sure there are other new features, but that's the one that comes to mind right away.
