"Seamless Whiteboard Integration and User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Confluence?

I love this platform specifically for its whiteboard integration that allows visual representation providing more illustration to the teams. Workflows can be charted out with ease using this platform. The commendable part about this platform is its powerful Atlassian Ecosystem that interlinks smoothly and increase the robustness of this platform. It is also worth mentioning that the platform have a user friendly interface which is really comfortable for users. I also feel a bit relax while work with its game that is integrated into the system. It brings the focus back after getting a bit relax with the in built racing game after a prolong work. What do you dislike about Confluence?

I love most part of this platform but I have to admit that the user needs to understand the system thoroughly to utilize the full potential of the platform. Proper and timely maintenance of the documents is required in this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Documentation with a Clean, Intuitive Interface"
What do you like best about Confluence?

What I like about Confluence is its clean and user-friendly UI with smooth performance. Creating blogs or documentation is very easy and intuitive. I can add images, format content, change font sizes, and structure documents neatly without any complexity. the editor feels flexible and powerful, which makes document look well organized and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

What I dislike about Confluence is that sometimes it feels slow. When I open a document and try to edit it, it can take time to load properly. Due to this lag, some changes may not get saved if the page hasn't fully loaded, and I have to redo my work. This can be frustrating at times. Other than this performance issue, everything else about Confluence is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Team Collaboration with Seamless Integration and Centralized Knowledge"
What do you like best about Confluence?

This platform offers ease of access and centralized knowledge sharing, making it simple for teams to collaborate in real time. Its structured documentation and seamless integration capabilities support institutional transparency and encourage iterative feedback. The system also promotes cross-functional alignment, efficient project tracking, content versioning, and streamlined workflows, all of which contribute to a more organized and productive work environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

The navigation feels cluttered, making it difficult to find what I need quickly. There's a steep learning curve, and I often experience notification fatigue. The formatting options are quite rigid, and page loading tends to be slow. I also encounter issues with search and discovery, and managing permissions can be complex. The platform relies too heavily on plugins, which leads to fragmented workspaces. Additionally, editing tables is limited and not as flexible as I would like. "Centralized Documentation That Keeps Teams Aligned"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is extremely user-friendly and quickly becomes an essential part of daily workflows because it is used so frequently across different teams. Its straightforward implementation process allows new users to get started and begin documenting with minimal effort. Integration with other Atlassian tools, such as Jira, is seamless, which enhances both collaboration and traceability. The platform provides a robust set of features, including templates, version control, and real-time collaboration. When challenges occur, customer support and the wealth of community documentation are valuable resources, making Confluence a dependable solution for sharing knowledge within teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Although Confluence is a popular tool, its frequent use often results in cluttered spaces and pages that become difficult to organize. As the amount of content increases, it can be harder to find relevant information, which reduces its overall ease of use. Implementing and integrating Confluence can also be more challenging for larger teams, particularly when dealing with custom permissions or workflows. While the platform offers a wide range of features, some of them may seem unnecessary or even overwhelming. Additionally, customer support can be slow to respond to non-critical issues. "Robust Document Management with Stellar Integration"
What do you like best about Confluence?

I really appreciate how easy Confluence is to use. I find it very helpful that it is closely linked with JIRA and other Atlassian products. I like using Rovo AI as it really helps write Confluence docs, especially for summarizing and reading large documents quickly. The safe and secure file sharing capabilities within the organization give me peace of mind. I also enjoy the detailed insights like views, clicks, unique viewers, and graphs that Confluence provides. The version history feature is another helpful aspect, as it allows us to roll back or see version changes side by side. Overall, Confluence being a secure, ad-free product within the ecosystem is a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Rovo AI can be improved. We can have better models or maybe the option to choose models based on coding, research etc. We can have something to create images or flowcharts easily making least errors. The editor can be made more user-friendly. Like I told, we can have the option to add diagrams, flowcharts etc, generate them properly using data and prompts. Also few basic options like point style, or some font editing options are quite hidden and we need to click on the options to expand and find. The bar can be expanded and more options can be provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Team Collaboration and Seamless Note-Taking"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is a software that we use mainly for deciding the policies of the company. This software also enables us to work together as a team and take important notes from the meeting that is being conducted for each and every employee of the company. It works like an digital notebook where everyone can give their inputs and write important notes and learning from the group discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Confluence is a very smart tool and at the same time it is complex for new users. It has range of business management tools and operation handling systems. One of the main challenge while working with this software was that whenever I tried searching for old files and folders it always got messy and took a lot of time and this is something on which they need to work on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our Team's Memory Bank That Doesn't Forget Anything"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence works best as a long-term knowledge home rather than just a place to write documents. We use it to store decisions, internal processes, technical notes, and meetings outcomes that need to stay accessible months later. The page hierarchy and linking make it easy to understand Context instead of reading isolated documents. I also appreciate how naturally it fits into day to day collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

For new users page organization can feel confusing at first especially when space grow large. Without clear ownership or structure content can become cluttered. Formatting complex layout sometimes take more clicks than expected compared to simpler editors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Documentation Made Effortless"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence provides a single source of truth for all internal documentation, from product specifications and meeting minutes to knowledge sharing. The page hierarchy and search functionality make it easy to locate and organise content at scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Formatting can sometimes feel restrictive compared to more traditional word processors. Loading times can increase with large pages containing embedded media or diagrams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Confluence fits best when teams need shared context, not just stored files"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence has worked well for us as a place to document decisions, processes, and technical notes that evolve over time. We use it for sprint retrospectives, onboarding guides, and internal how to pages where comments and page history actually matter. The page versioning and inline comments make it easier to understand why changes were made, not just what changed. I also find the permission controls helpful when certain spaces need restricted access without creating separate tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

As content grows, pages can become cluttered if teams don't follow a clear structure. Search results sometimes surface outdated pages unless naming conventions are maintained carefully. Formatting complex layouts can also feel slower compared to modern editors, especially when working with large tables or embedded content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Knowledge Hub with Seamless Integration and Accessibility"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is my single source of truth for specs, runbooks, onboarding, and handoffs across Sidekick and BAM, and it’s where I centralize documentation so teams always know where to look. I like that THD-wide SSO makes spaces like the CEX landing page instantly accessible without extra friction. Its tight Jira integration, with JQL embeds and live backlogs on pages, lets me surface real-time status where people actually work. It also functions as a cross-team knowledge hub for OMS/Machine Teaching and CEX, where I contribute and maintain shared pages like Compatibility Rules to keep stakeholders aligned. And I rely on structured templates for documentation, release notes, and change logs, which keeps everything consistent and discoverable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Briefly, Confluence tends to sprawl, which makes search noisy and navigation confusing; permissions and space governance are inconsistent; the editor is brittle with tables, images, and macros; Jira embeds can be flaky; attachments and versions get scattered; moving or renaming pages breaks links; and exports to PDF often lose formatting.
