"one-stop shop for the entire contracts lifecycle"
What do you like best about Concord?

I think of Concord as Google docs, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, and a File explorer, all in one. You can track changes in real-time during the negotiation stage, comment and create discussions for third parties and colleagues to review, sign electronically (while staying compliant), and search a database of all of your contracts records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

There are several bugs, some of which make it difficult to make use of the system daily. However, the customer care team is very receptive to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good and Cost-Effective Data Management System for Small Businesses"
What do you like best about Concord?

Concord stands out for its affordability and lack of restrictions on the number of documents for signatures. The process of uploading files and adding signature boxes is uncomplicated, and the interface is user-friendly.

We daily use Comcord for closing various sales and collaboration deals and I feel happy to say it is worth for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

The Concord support team exhibits delays, sometimes exceeding a week in response to queries. Moreover, there is a noticeable absence of video tutorials for guidance on platform usage. Improvements in support response times and the provision of instructional videos could enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not production ready. Many critical bugs"
What do you like best about Concord?

Basic UX is OK. It has a good potential to be a good contract management system. I like that document editing is very flexible and you can add as much text as you'd like. Smart fields are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

I have been utilizing the premium version of Concord for over a year, during which I have signed numerous documents. My advice based on this experience: I would recommend considering other options.

The software is riddled with glitches. For instance, when sharing a contract with a client, there's a chance that your colleague's email might appear as the client's email. The support team might suggest that this could be due to your colleague forwarding their invitation, which in my case, was not true.

Moreover, if you operate two companies and share a contract, you might encounter a malfunction in the sharing feature, resulting in your contract being visible to your other company.

Another limitation is that you cannot create a new Statement of Work (SOW) from a previously signed one, as signed documents are protected from copying. The workaround involves manually selecting all, copying, and pasting into a new document, which is far from efficient.

When reporting these issues, you're likely to be asked to "book a call if the issue persists," which can be frustrating. Additionally, the software's update cycle is slow, with almost no new features introduced over the past year.

As someone who runs a design agency and has extensive knowledge in product management, I believe these issues reflect a flawed management style within the company, casting doubts on its future prospects.

In light of these experiences, I am considering switching to alternative tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly !"
What do you like best about Concord?

The customer service is unmatched! You can book appointments with your account manager within 24 hours using a simple feature in their signature, and they always solve or answer questions quickly. I also love the signature configuration feature. With that, there is no way someone signed in the wrong spot! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

Not all of their features are at their best, but they are constantly improving. For example, the fact that you can't hyperlink anything in the contracts adds significant work on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great electronic signature software for small business"
What do you like best about Concord?

Concord offers unlimited electronic signature requests, so I don't have to worry about limits. It's easy to use, and I have never had a problem where a client doesn't understand where to sign. It's also cheaper than the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

I can't think of anything I dislike. I'm very pleased with the software. The interface might be a little confusing the first few times you use it, but it's quite simple after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Yes to Concord"
What do you like best about Concord?

Implementation was easy with our Client Success Manager and the Technical Team assisting us. Our Client Success Manager is helpful and responsive when we have questions.

There was no third-party implementation team to add to our communications and cost. The user controls are easy to use, and the interface is clean and straightforward.

I love that many of our contracts are now being returned in 1-2 days when it used to take weeks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

Concord does not have an internal spell-check, and documents can only be sent to external signers one at a time. I hope the developers can add these features in the future! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic, easy to use contracts database"
What do you like best about Concord?

Concord is a fantastic solution for small businesses looking to maintain and manage a contracts database. The software is easy to use and it's very powerful for the legal team to create templates and allow the business to draft contracts or other legal documents quickly and easily - with the confidence that standard terms cannot be changed. The support and customer management team are always quick to respond and happy to jelp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

While Concord has a high level of customisation in some cases (e.g., smart fields, custom tags, etc.) some of the functionality could be more customisable - such as if a date appears on the signing fields. However, the Concord team are always receptive to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Force multiplier in my small business' contract lifecycle management"
What do you like best about Concord?

I love that creating new contracts and processing them through execution is SO much easier and faster, because templates and signature management is all streamlined now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

It's not very intuitive yet, and the graphic user interface isn't super well developed yet. But, I've gotten used to the layouts, and I've played in the system and figured a LOT out by myself and am learning fast with the help of the EXCELLENT customer support. "Great Program For Managing Contracts"
What do you like best about Concord?

The upsides of using Concord are collaborating on managing the process of approval stages with contracts for new customers and renewals for our business. The program is really helpful for our team as we can create templates we regularly use and easily search documents we need to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

The main dislike is more of a feature request related to maintaining the proper formatting when uploading Word documents. Sometimes they upload, and the formatting is funky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent and simple programme"
What do you like best about Concord?

Ease of use and simple interface. The product is also competitively priced and has made significant changes in the way we manage staff contracts. Multi user and security are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Concord?

Sometimes it is harder to locacte contracts if issued by another user and put into another folder. This issue is minor however, the rest is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
