## About Concord
Concord delivers contract management for the 90% of agreements that don't need legal complexity. Founded in 2014, the company serves 1,500+ SMB and mid-market organizations (50-1,000 employees) across North America and Europe from offices in Austin and Paris. The platform combines contract creation, real-time collaboration, e-signature, and AI-powered review in a single workflow. Business users draft from templates, negotiate in-browser (no more Word attachments), and get AI review in 23 seconds instead of waiting days for legal. Post-signature, automated alerts handle renewals and obligations. Integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, and accounting systems eliminates double-entry. Concord addresses a simple reality: most contracts are routine business transactions that shouldn't require legal intervention. By enabling sales, procurement, and operations teams to self-serve standard agreements, customers reduce contract cycles by 75% on average. Setup takes days, not months. Training takes hours, not weeks. ROI is measured in weeks, not years. Languages Supported: All Concord is deliberately built for SMB/mid-market reality, not enterprise fantasy. While competitors chase Fortune 500 complexity, Concord removes features that slow businesses down. Result: a platform any business user can master in an afternoon. No consultants. No certifications. No 6-figure implementations. Just contract management that works like modern software should - simple, fast, and focused on business outcomes, not legal process. When 65% of our customers have no legal team, that simplicity isn't nice-to-have - it's survival.

## Concord Reviews
 ### 1. Absolutely terrible experience for sales people

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

if you are in sales - this is so bad.... probably OK if you are in legal/operations

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

We moved from PandaDoc to Concord for our Sales team. This was our worst decision ever as this is the least easy to use tool you can imagine. If you prepare a contract in Concord it will take us approx. 1 h and what actually each sales person is doing is immediately extracting a Word doc from Concord to then finish the contract offline, as this only take 20 min. Lay out options are incredibly limited, pulling into PDF messes up the format, if you sent the contract digitally for signature, the prospect usually doesn't receive it (or several days later), there are an insane amount of clicks necessary for every action you want to accomplish, the integration with Salesforce is full of errors, again you are better off not using the integration. My recommendation is, if you want to implement this for sales teams, DON'T DO IT. You'd be better of sending a post pigeon to get a contract signed off.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Created more problems than solutions - you're better off with Word/Excel

 ### 2. Concord!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergey R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord allows you to edit, redline, comment and automate approvals — all on one platform.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The new interface may seem a little more complicated, but you get used to it quickly.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On Concord you can quickly create templates for any contract type, store them and access them quickly.

 ### 3. Concord in everyday life

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Adding documents to be signed and collaborating with other people is very easy. Contacting people from outside our organization to sign is simple and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Contract deletion is a bit complicated, not easy to find at first glance.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In an effort to digitize our internal documents, we needed to be able to sign our documents electronically. Additionally, we also needed to be able to have documents signed remotely by our clients. Concord allows all of this.

 ### 4. Organized and complete solution!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie G. | Vice President Clinical Computing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

As a large company, we work with hundreds of vendors each with unique contracts and specifications that we need to manage. We are a parent company that manages several partner companies, therefore, we needed software that would allow for us to organize our contracts by organization to keep things together but separate. We also needed to be able to control permissions on who would be able to see which contracts and be part of the review and approval process. Concord allows us to coordinate the approval of contracts easily, track contractual requirements, and ensure that we have a mechanism to keep up with varying term dates.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Like most software, there is always room for improvement. In the case of Concord my wishlist item would be for a more friendly searchable format so that I can search PDF contracts to find words and terms in one quick search. In my specific role, this feature is most important given I produce annual reporting requirements that vary based on vendor. Having this feature improved on in the software would really add efficiency to my role.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

When reviewing Concord I would recommend creating a wishlist of what is currently being managed manually as part of your contract negotiation process today. We didn't know what we didn't know so I would suggest sharing with Concord all of what your current process entails and allowing for them to open the hood and share with you the possibilities of what the software may offer. We went in looking for some specific solutions and ended up using Concord in a way that was unexpected and has worked well for our organization.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Related to the response about where the software is currently lacking, Concord is helping our organization find more ways to use native features to better organize the ways that we use "pick-list" features so that we can search for contracts that have specific requirements. It is vital to our organization that we understand that deliverables for each specific vendor and when those are due. They differ by organization, by the vendor, and by date so having a searchable feature is something that we have been problem-solving and have been able to find some existing solutions for in the software.

 ### 5. Best contract management system IMO

This tool is very easy to use. The free account is quite complete to achieve all basic options.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The access to some documents can be quite long, especially for old documents.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tools has helped me company to sign documents during the lockdown, very intuitive for our customers and our collegues.

 ### 7. Quick and easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

You can sign a document in a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

You can get a link if concord's email sent to your client fall in its spam folder.

 ### 8. Using Concord for NDAs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I use Concord for sending out NDAs. Using templates and being able to view all activity is easy. It makes things a lot faster and more streamlined for our team.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Nothing to dislike so far. Have had a good experience.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier NDA sending/receiving management.

 ### 9. Great for communicating agreements for geographically diverse workforce

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord has been extremely useful in collaborating to draft and review agreements, and ultimately receiving e-signatures. Prior to Concord, my organization used hardcopies which made sharing edits challenging and obtaining signatures hit and miss depending on availability of executive leadership. Since implementing Concord, the legal team has been able to share ideas and to develop well drafted clauses. Our CEO can sign from anywhere via mobile device.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Concord is a bit clunky at first and takes some getting used to. For example, when searching for a particular agreement with a specific third party, when using the "back" button Concord takes you to all documents rather than the grouping for the specific third party.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

A careful and well thought out tagging process is important. My organization eventually hired a project manager to handle the tagging process and document facilitation.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization is improving document review by using Concord's reporting feature which allows reporting by a specific tag. This ensures that no document is missed in the review process. The biggest benefit, however, is the ability to retrieve any document at anytime via mobile device and to facilitate the execution in a matter of seconds rather than days.

 ### 10. The service is well beyond the expectations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The design is awesome, everything is very comfortable in use. Customer support service is also amazing.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Maybe there are some features I would like to add, but in general, I did not have any problems

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helped to organize our contract management system.

 ### 11. Concord Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel S. | Sr. Corporate Counsel, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

To date, I have been amazed with Concord's responsiveness and willingness to help. I have not yet integrated my contract systems, but the process seems very simple and detailed. I look forward to working with them!

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

From what I can tell so far, the integration is not 100% complete with SalesForce. It would be great to have a more unified solution.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Concord, we intend to have a centralized contract management system with integrates well with SalesFoce, easily assign contracts to different departments and Clients, monitor metrics behind contract negotiation, track clause changes and deviations, form a contract clause library, monitor contracts requirements, due dates, and termination, increase revenue recognition, improve communication with Sales.

 ### 12. Good tool but needs a few improvements and more support to customers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I love some functionalities of concord, like version control and approval workflows. The discussion panel is brilliant and it's incredibly useful when you need to work out what to do next and what has been done.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The signature process is clunky and actually quite poor. Although they have introduced the integration with Docusign.
The implementation process was not as smooth as I hoped, it took a long time and the continuous delays were not helping us at all.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Do have a proper chat with people other than their sales team. DO read an awful lot of reviews and get other people's opinions.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

contract lifecycle management

 ### 13. popular software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

easy to use, well known in the finance industry

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

it can be better integrated with other software

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

not a great option for e-signatures, but other uses are ok.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ease of use for the finance department. minimizes time.

 ### 14. An amazing product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Ease of use definitely! Concord was easy to implement for my organization and east to train my employees on the platform.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I honestly don't have any dislikes about Concord.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document storage in one place is by far the problem we solved the most. I can also run some great reports to help us look at our metrics.

 ### 15. Concord has been a terrific addition to our company workflow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly D. | Director of Contracts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The level of organization is really fantastic, particulary with multiple subsidiaries under one parent company. I love that we can brand each subsidiary so emails appear to come from the name of the company the third party recognizes. I also appreciate that Concord continues to strive to hear the customers' feedback and recommendations for improvements to meet our needs. Finally, having the ability to create a custom workflow on the fly dependent on the type of document is really helpful so there isn't a need for behind the scenes programming changes from IT or someone outside the organization. As an administrator, I can decide in the moment who is asked to approve or reject and who sees the document according to our customized tagging system, and everything is so user friendly!

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Concord would be even better if there was a tickler system designed for the administrator or person designated to approve/sign after so many days of inactivity on a contract. This is helpful for larger organizations like mine that need to track hundreds of contracts.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Organize and name your contracts into a google folder and determine your tagging and access system prior to importing. Also plan to set aside resources to enter meta data for each contract after the import.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am so thankful for the ability to track activity via the Audit function in order to see who has reviewed and who has not; or even to confirm whether I sent the request for approval or not! And the ability for the team to see one another's comments about aspects of a contract all in one place instead of in various emails that get lost has been truly beneficial for us.

 ### 16. Contract Management -- Make it Easier for You and Your Team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzanne S. | Manager, Legal Affairs and Senior Contract Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2016

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Ease of making templates, keeping track of where the document is in the process, e-signatures and a great contract depository.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The email notifications to customer's sometimes go into the spam/junk folder.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a contract management system prior to Concord.

 ### 17. Simplified Contract Processing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The ability to check the approval process at any given time to see who has approved it and whose approval is pending.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

There isn't anything that I can think of that I dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Concord will make your day-to-day operations run smoother and with less hassles.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No longer do I need to wonder on whose desk is the contract sitting. The most valued benefit is the ability to easily pass the contract from person to person for approval.

 ### 18. Amazing experience with such program

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Nothing 😊 the program is amazing since I'm dealing with such comoany😊

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a tool to streamline your processes in contracting 😊

 ### 19. Nice system for all my work needs

We use Concord for template storage and as a contract repository.

 ### 22. Fantastic Organizational Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meredith M. L. | Sales Representative, Apparel & Fashion, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I love the functionality and ease of use that Concord has. It makes processes easier to implement. This is a wonderful tool for organizing documents that are essential to our business.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

So far, nothing bad to say. I have had moments when I upload a document and I have to spend time reformatting the doc. It's not a big issue, but a minor annoyance that I don't think is the fault of Concord.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one place where the documenta resides and is edited makes it much easier to track revisions and grants easier access for team members to review documents that are still pending or that have bee finalized.

 ### 23. Concord review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Lack of features, no ability to customize fields.

 ### 24. Concord software review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randa T. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord organized our contracts and allowed us to store all our documents in one spot. Now we can also track the status of the contract process.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Concord is a very user friendly program and the support is the best.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Concord all of our contracts were in paper format. This software has allowed our company to streamline the contract storage and contracting process.

 ### 25. User Friendly CMS

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjali I. | Director, Non-Profit Organization Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The searchability and reporting features are most useful to us.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

There are a few features that we are anxiously awaiting, but overall its a functional platform.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a user-friendly, searchable platform with a simplified signing mechanism and reporting options. We found it with Concord.

 ### 26. Concord - Simplicity not in lieu of complexity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I enjoy using Concord and find that the complexity the system offers isn't dumbed down by the simplicity of the tool itself

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The only slight dislike I have found with Concord is that the underlying text editor has been deprecated which has caused a change in some of our processes. The team at Concord worked quickly to help me with an alternative approach though

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Vendor Management team, we use Concord for managing and maintaining contracts and key documents such as NDAs

 ### 27. So Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I like that the format is similar to gmail, so it is simple, and intuitive to use.I like that through the tagging system, not all users in the company have access to every contract in the database, they just have access to ones they uploaded, and ones tagged to their department.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Honestly, nothing. So maybe just the price, companies are always trying to save a few dollars.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Reach out to Concord. Their team was very friendly, very informative and always available for any questions I had. They made the transition process seamless.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched to Concord a year ago from another contract database system and it is like night and day. The only system, was so old, not user friendly, was very clunky and had to be loaded onto your computer, even though it was browser based, so only one person could use the program I can work in Concord on any computer, and have someone from each department designated to upload their own contracts, which eases the burden on the administrator.

 ### 28. My Concord Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The ability to quickly search and find relevant contracts has been incredibly beneficial to our organization, especially when we were in the midst of due diligence as part of a merger with our new parent company.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I believe the template process is a bit difficult and cumbersome to use at times.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we have been able to solve using Concord has been managing our large swath of contracts and other agreements that were previously housed on people's computers or just in hard copy. By having Concord, we are able to use the database as a repository for agreements and other crucial documents that are needed by the business.

 ### 29. Concord is good for sharing documents but has many formatting and administrative issues to address.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord has a very short learning curve, and works well for version control on documents. In most cases, it is useful for sharing comments on documents with external entities

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The formatting when you upload documents is horrible. Tables especially. I have lost entire documents in Concord that my administrator could not find. I had trouble getting access to documents in Concord for people critical to the signature chain.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Version Control - this works well
Sharing comments internally and externally - works sometimes
Signatures - works sometimes

Mobile accessibility needs to be improved.

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Ease of use of usual items and placement of items that require administrator updating; ease of use to show other users the system.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Dislike nothing, other than needing to use minimum characters to finish this clause for it to accept review.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Out of the myriad of Contract Management Systems available, Concord has meet our companies needs.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Weekly reporting makes contract effective/termination dates easy to identify and manage, which effectively produces much needed time management and executive business decisions.

 ### 35. Easy contract management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

-East to have a contract repository outside of Google docs allows for review of where contracts are in the signing stage

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

-Search function can leave some space to be desired, hard to search for multiple things and sometimes don't find what I'm looking for.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Made it easy to have a company wide document repository and a single place to track what needs to be signed.

 ### 36. Useful, Efficient Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I appreciate the convenience of having this software at my company's disposal for our contract signing needs. This software makes creating and signing contracts simple, direct, and efficient. Our customer's really appreciate the paperless feature of having this software.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

While overall the software is simple to navigate, it does help if you are a bit tech savvy to fully understand some of the finer features of the software. It's helpful to know how to work through modern CRM type of systems in order to fully appreciate all that Concord has to offer.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Certainly use this product if you have a need for a quick, easy and overall efficient to create contract template, edit them appropriately, and have your customer's sign and return to you.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes our work life much more efficient by having a paperless way to create and sign contracts. I love having templates readily available that we can simply tweak in a matter of minutes to fit a particular customer's needs. It is a quick and easy way for a customer to read a contract and sign instantaneously.

 ### 37. Great for SMB

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

We have integrated their automated templates into our independent contractor's paperwork that we have to submit monthly. We also use them for tracking our hundreds of contracts, notice of non-renewal dates, etc.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Their user management, when using them for multi-entity, is unnecessarily tedious. I wish it was all under a single panel.

John Doe - Entity A + B, XYZ permissions
Jane Doe - Entity A, only, XYZ permissions

Right now, you have to manage them entity by entity. Since we have over a dozen entities, onboarding + offboarding can be cumbersome.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to be able to easily manage all of our vendor contracts, as well as independent contractors using a simple-to-use SaaS solution.

 ### 38. A Easy and Quick way to write your Contracts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ron Elius S. | User Experience Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord has all the features I'm looking for a Contract Creator. I love the simplicity of the Software, it's so easy to navigate and it has great tools like the E-Signature.
You won't need to print the Contract, you just need to Digitally sign the Document and you're good to go.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

What I don't love about the UI is when you've created a New Contract, you cannot see it immediately, you must click the "More" and click the drafts to see the newly created Contract. I panicked when this happened but thankfully, I found it.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

First, you need to see their Onboarding process when you use their software because even though the UI and UX of Concord are so simple, you'll still find yourself finding the right buttons to click to create a Document. I suggest you to spend 10-15 minutes to familiarize the Software and use it according to your Will.
Create that Contract and never get late payments.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract Writing and Automation.

 ### 39. Great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I love that it's so easy for third parties to use.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Changing the formatting on new templates can be tricky.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have greater insight into contract practices across the company.

 ### 40. Concord Now saved our contract management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2018

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Upcoming deadline alerts via email are excellent. Also, being able to upload the contract into the program.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Can't export from spreadsheet. Currently using Excel to house contracts that are stored on server. Would love to be able to export the info from spreadsheet

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our contract management was from a spreadsheet. With Concord Now it is easy to navigate to find contracts and all its contents, including being able to view the document is great. The email alerts are a life saver.

 ### 41. Allows for quick search and reference

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I like that you can search any word you include in the listing summary – which is an incentive to actually populate the summary section. This way you can have a successful, quick search at a later time.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

When you search for a contract, then click on that listing/contract and eventually want to go back to your homepage – it refreshes and doesn't keep the search bar populated with what you previously typed in.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and management of contracts. Individual teams can upload their own contracts, which takes a lot off of my plate.

 ### 42. Concord for contract management for HR

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2018

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Comparing with other management apps, concord now makes it easier to manage any new contracts and communicate the changes easily internally and externally.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I have not experience anything negative as of now. So far there is nothing i dislike

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating a few parts of new contract signing.

 ### 43. Streamlined Our Contract Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

It's very easy to track contracts throughout the writing, negotiation, signing, & execution process. The on-boarding process was made very easy, thanks to our Account Manager who walked us through that process and went the extra mile to make sure it was setup perfectly for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I wish there were more robust reporting features- such as summarizing financial clauses by month/year and some way to mark them as paid or unpaid. That would be an invaluable tool for our finance/accounting department.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Before you begin with Concord you need a thorough understanding of the process flow between various staff involved in the contract process and the type of information you need to track within each contract. The on-boarding process will be made much easier if these have already been established.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Concord to create and manage licensing agreements with a few hundred vendors. We were previously doing this through Word documents and paper copies, and now we are 100% digital. It's made that entire process easier, more organized, and more efficient- especially with multiple individuals contributing to various steps within the process.

 ### 44. Concord is great for contract organization.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

We've loved how easy it is to tag contracts to specific categories and how the UI makes the different timelines easy digestible.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Executing contracts with non-tech savvy individuals through Concord has been a learning curve, though it has improved over time. The permissions can also be confusing.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Concord is great for contract management, but still needs some work for contract negotiation and execution.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We purchased Concord to organize and manage a complex library of agreements with a huge range of renewal timelines and deadlines. Concord has helped us bring a method to that madness.

 ### 45. I'm sold, and I haven't even tried all the features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kirill K. | Director, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

In my line of work the Service Agreement is vital before anything can be done for the client. However, my client are often not in the same place as me.

Concord has eliminated the endless emails back and forth to try and get everything signed.

I will admit that I have not even set up proper templates yet, and am barely using the software as a contract management software, as much as I am using it like a e-sig software.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Somehow, despite being very simple to use, the contract signing procedure has still managed to confuse one or two of my older clients.

My only major concern is that if I import a contract as a PDF, I get odd breaks in the place of page breaks. However, importing a word document will screw around with the formatting and indentations.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Service Agreement signing is quicker, more convenient, and more secure.

 ### 46. Concord is an awesome tool for Contract Management Purposes

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The concord tool helps with keep the contract process organized from beginning to end. The on-boarding process can be very easy because you can attach all your supporting documentation and share with a click! The reviewing, negotiation and signing process is made easy using this tool. No more printing and mailing!

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I wish the tool would have more features for post implementation so that we can capture the full contracting process in Concord.

Also, a major concern is that if I import a contract as a PDF, I get breaks in the place of page breaks and when importing a word document it also has to be formatted.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The contact process is a lot quicker, convenient, and no more paper waste.

 ### 47. Easy to use and to train new users. Organized and functional. Excellent customer service,

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasie V. | Non-Profit Consultant, Non-Profit Organization Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord is very easy to use and navigate. I have had no issues on training new users.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I like the option of having stackable folders, which I did not find was an option with Concord.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a Non-Profit with over 150+ contracts with different Counties and school districts. Some times we'll have multiple contracts with one County. It's easy to track and document the negotiation, contract cycle and contract type with Concord.

 ### 48. Concord Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea S. | Partnerships Coordinator, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I really like how Concord makes it easy for multiple users to work in the same environment.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I wish there was a better way to create a folder structure with your contract rather than a big long list.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A safe place for secure contracts where various members of the team can refer back if needed.

 ### 49. It was excruciating and laborious.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vaughn M. | Recruitment Manager, Chemicals, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Everything seemed fine with the software when I first implemented it. Everything seemed to fall into place like I wanted it to. The interface is very easy to use and I liked the audit trail feature a lot.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I am truly dumbfounded that not a single person who has written a review about this product has mentioned that the contracts you share often times end up in the recipient's junk folder. This has dragged out our contract signings to days instead of minutes and has weighed down our business process efficiency tremendously. Again, I find it very peculiar that know one is mentioning this anywhere.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

Make sure you check that your contracts make into your recipients inbox.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract life cycle management is what we needed.

 ### 50. Great for Filing and Organising

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2017

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Organizational, tagging, and alert components are awesome.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

E-signature needs a bit of work. It seems many people don't get the invite email for them to sign in and put in a signature - email spam protectors flag and reroute email to trash. It'd be awesome if a direct link was provided for each contract.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract Tracking - signing dates and expirations
