What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I have noticed some instability when changing availability statuses. Sometimes there is a lag that prevents agents from marking themselves as available, which means the team is ready to work but the system does not assign them calls. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk has made it incredibly easy to manage and track all my sales and customer calls in one place. I love how seamlessly it integrates with CRMs like HubSpot and Apollo I can log calls, notes, and follow-ups automatically without switching tabs. The call quality is reliable, and features like call recording and analytics make it easy to review performance and improve conversations. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Sometimes, the desktop app can lag a bit when handling multiple outbound calls at once or syncing with other tools in real time. I’d also love to see more customization options for reporting dashboards. But overall, these are minor issues compared to the efficiency it brings to our workflow. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I've been using CloudTalk for a couple of months and I've had a good experience. The best thing is the interface; it is intuitive and user-friendly, it's not very hard to use it and get accustomed to it. The other thing I find useful is the settings; I find it easy to customize and change the setup in order to get the best out of this tool. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

There is something that I really don't like and it's pretty much a headache for me. Sometimes, when I call certain numbers, I don't get a dial tone. It's irritating. I understand this might be caused by the actual line that I'm calling, but the fact that there is no feature or alternative that lets you hear something when there's no actual dial tone makes it very hard to manage the call. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

There are many qualities I could mention here! I believe the UX/UI team really worked tirelessly to create a product that is visually very intuitive, like a cell phone screen on a computer. There's no difficulty in making calls at all!

Furthermore, I can use the platform to make international calls without any issues. The difference is that I can also receive calls, which is incredible!

The call history is saved, which is great because I always need to review my calls to improve contact with leads and clients. And I can also build a contact list, and that is awesome since I manage a complex client portfolio! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Modern platform with cross-platform clients for all major platforms - Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android. Works like a charm, very stable, fast and develops very active. They are very attentive to their customers, had several calls with product managers with a chance to provide my feedback on using their product.

During usage of CloudTalk never had any troubles, e.g. tool works as expected. Setup was easy. I use it on macOS and Android, all is synced (contacts, calls, etc.) and works fine on both platforms. Calls are very clear, no delays, stable connection both on Wi-Fi and mobile internet.

Also, platform actively develop modern features, e.g. AI agents that help a lot with processing routine operations and requests. Easy to integrate with other solutions due to well documented API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the great communication and support from CloutTalk team. They send useful information, ask how the experience is and follow-up quickly on problems and questions. Quite rare to see that.
