it helps keep all client information, case notes, and services organized in one place. It makes it easier to track client progress, follow up on needs, and document assistance provided. it can feel a bit limited or slow at times when entering or searching for information. Some features also take a few extra steps, which can make documentation feel time-consuming during busy workdays.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

The ease of inputting the information into the software was my drawing point.   So many other online databases are so cumbersome to operate.  The software was so easy to set up and Customer Service worked with us to get all of the fields we needed to track for our monthly reports.  My office uses this online database everyday and has shared the site with other Social Service Agencies in the area who have also joined in to help prevent duplication of our services.  Whenever I had a question or a concern, Customer Support always had an answer for me within that same day, if not during the initial phone call to them.  They expemplify THE BEST in what Customer Service should offer!

There is nothing I dislike about Charity Tracker!

It is helping us to prevent duplication of services in the community so that we are actually servicing people in need rather than helping our clients become dependent on the community to pay their bills.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

Before using Charity Tracker, we had no centralized place to keep confidential information on the people in the community that we assisted. We also had no idea what other churches and agencies in the community had already assisted them. Charity Tracker helps us help those in real need. It is also extremely easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I have not found any downside in using Charity Tracker except that not all churches and agencies in the area use it! The more agencies involved means more information provided to help us make good decisions when assisting our clients.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a church, our funds for helping the community are directly related to what our members give. This means we have to be really good stewards, helping as much as we can but trying hard not to enable those who overuse the system. Having other agencies' input, helps us make good decisions of how much we can help a client.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

I like that Charity Tracker would allow multiple organizations in my community to share our information on clients. I truly feel as if more non-profits and not-for-profits would use Charity Tracker, we would be able to serve more clients more efficiently and maximize the money given to all our agencies. It has truly allowed me to track clients, to see how much money we are spending in certain areas, and to provide reports to our Board.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

The only downside I see to using Charity Tracker (which isn't necessarily a Charity Tracker issue) is making sure all agencies truly have an ROI on file.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Charity Tracker is allowing us to track clients over a longer period of time without cumbersome paperwork that we have to hold on to for multiple years. It has allowed more confidentiality within our organization. Charity Tracker also allows me to see when clients have been served and in what areas they were served. I can tailor those needs to my organization which is an outstanding feature.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

The thing I like best about using charity tracker was the fact that I can customize goals for my clients. As a postpartum doula I need to set attainable goals with my clients. I love the fact that I am able to put in a time frame and also have the option to track progress and flag myself for the upcoming dates that we set to reach our goals.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

What and then I just liked about charity tracker is that it does not automatically sync a client if they have already been existing in the system. For example there were several times where I came across the same client that was previously created and added current information into an account that was not even used anymore. I would have loved for it to auto sync

It helps me with reminders and also keeping up with meeting attainable goals with my clients.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

Charity Tracker allows nonprofits, churches, and other helping entities to connect, communicate, collaborate  and leverage community resources and knowledge. Network members can utilize the platform to share  information and resources, for case management and referrals, and to measure outcomes and reduce  duplication of services in a community.  I highly value the case management ability as well as the outcomes tracking so that the effects of charity can be measured individually and on the organizational level.   It was easy to tranfer our existing data to the software and the customer support, when needed, is exceptional. The Charity Tracker team is friendly and helpful and constantly looking for ways to serve our agency and community.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I don't see a downside of using Charity Tracker in an agency or community. I have used many software/databases in my career.  Charity Tracker is by far the most intuitiove and valuable software that I have found.  Our agency uses the database every day.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Charity Tracker offers exceptional reporting capabilities.  We use the reports to track our grant spending as well as the outcomes of our charity.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

Chairity Tracker gives us an easy community data base that all agencies can participate in and helps to keep track of where clients have been, their information and what assistance they have received.  When we switched to Charity Tracker it was very easy compared to what we had been using.  I have found it very easy to train my volunteers on.  Any time there has been a problem, we have gotten quick responses to fix things.  I am in Charity Tracker every day pretty much and it is simple to look up a client, pull a report or send a message to other agencies.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I really do not have a downside to it.  I have not had any trouble with the program.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am sorry I am not aware of any problems.  The program really helps us to communicate as agencies between each other and keep client information in a central location for our county.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

The most useful thing about Charity tracker is the ability to have all your clients in once place ( the tabs are great) We kept most of our records on a google sheet but could not generate any stats Charity tracker makes it easy to look up stats and get print outs of them too. THe customer support is grat too, we always get a quick response. WE use Charity tracker on a daily in our organization, it has become a staple.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

The least helpful part of charity tracker is that I feel like some of the available tabs are just taking up sapce or sometimes aren't useful to our organization. I would love to be able to edit the tabs myself. Maybe change their ttitles. I wish that their was a way to create documents off cahrity tracker. Where I could use the information already on there without having to refer back to it. I could work right off of it and makes things with the information.

We are a lot more organized because of Charity tracker. Being able to access cahrity tracker remotely has really helped when we need to get info out to other members in the organization.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

I have used CT almost every day for the last 5 years.  Easy to use interface with Alerts, Assistance, Documents and Notes section.  Notes can be set to private to your organization or avialble to everyone in the network.  It is pretty straightforward to use to add information, look up information or run reports.  A strength of CT is the quick access to alerts to help other organizations know pertinent information about clients.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

A couple features that it has needed for some time is the ability to setup alerts to notify you when  information is updated about individuals.  Another clunky aspect is that the Outcomes section cannot be connected to the notes section in a meaningful way.  This creates the necessity to update information in two different spots.  One more possible improvement is better integration with other programs.

It helps us share information internally as well as community wide.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

CT is easy to use and it connects our local churches, who offer community benevolence, togehter.  This allows us to make the most informed decissions with the resources that we have.  It also cuts down on abuse and in aquerate information.  We use the system daily and appreceiate the ease of implementation and integration with our application and interview process.  We also like being able to access it from our phones for the after hours calls.

Also the reporting is great!  We can run detailed reports in a matter of seconds.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I am not sure how to answer this question.  I have been using this system since 2010 and its met all our needs.  Anytime I have an issue, the team at Simon Solutions, help me tackle and correct it immediately.

I am able to utilize the reporting, which is invaluable for our accounting, tracking, and annual audit.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

Charity Tracker is straightfoward data entry source. It does not require too much time and it helps me stay organized. One of my favorite parts of this tracker is that I am able to connect with other organizations and case managers. Through this I am able to get information about events that are going on around me and build connections.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

Unfortunately, as a user, I am not able to view all of my clients, unless I search for their name. This causes me to forget about some clients who I have entered in the system months ago. Another issue I have is that I am unable to delete accidental duplicate cases, only my agency can. This can become a lenghly process.

It helps me stay organized and ensure that I gathered all the information possible from the client.

I love using Charity Tracker because it allows me to check up on how often people are seeking help and where from.  The best thing about Charity Tracker, in my opinion, is that we can utilize this tool to weed out the people that really do not need our help. I wish everyone that gave assistance would use this tool as we would all be helping each other.

I really have found anything about Charity Tracker that I don't like or that needs to be changed. It has fully met my needs. Sometimes I find myself referring to this site daily to help with deciding if we will be able to give assistance to some of our visitors.

Charity Trackernia helping us be able to decide who really needs assistance and who is just "milking the system".

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

We love that we can customize a number of features to what we need - which is vital with all the changes to funding and program data collection and reporting requirements - at no additional cost and without having to contact customer support. Highly affordable for smaller non-profits. Customer support is very responsive and actually helps to resolve the problem - it is a real human being. The sytem is easy to use and easy to integrate - we were able to train staff and volunteers on the system who have very little computer literacy and struggle with change, making implementation a breeze.

I can't think of any downsides of Charity Tracker

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

I was able to figure out the different aspets of the site in about 20 minutes. I use it nearly every day to see how people are being cared for from my congregation.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I wish there was a place to see all of the clients from my church in one easy place. RIght now I have to search for our church as a "keyword" and it doesn't seem like it's exhuastive. A few names get left off. With that said, the last 10 names I've searched as saved under "history" which is a super heplful work around.

It's tracking the information I need to know about how people from my congreation are interacting with the care professionals of one need. I am also giving inforamtion about my follow up with the same people.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

The customer service has been excellent. I am not a super technology user, definitely just solid on basics. Using Charity Tracker has been a breeze and it is very easy to create confidential notes, access profiles, and update things as needed. I use it almost daily. I was concerned about this being yet another site to navigate in our organization but it truly has just complemented the work we do each day.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

Only downside is that there is a learning curve to doing different things with the site or manipulating it to give the functions and results you're looking for. Customer service has been a great help in these instances.

It's is providing a HIPAA compliant and confidential space to keep records for clients and track outcomes and services for the organization.

I love using CharityTracker. It's intuitive and easy to use. I love that all my data is collected, stored, and easily accessed and processed with the reports. I can have faith that if I can't make it in, anyone on my team can work with my clients because CharityTracker is so thurough. I am extrememly happy with the system. I also have to train several people a year on it and it's by far the easiest program I've ever had to train anyone on. I'm very thankful for it!

NONE!!! Love it! I don't have anything that I would improve.

The intake process takes me through all my relevant questions step by step. I don't even need to remember what to ask because they are just blanks infront of me.

i love the ability to customize the reporting features and its flexibility with roles and accounts. Also it is intuitive to use . Some of our staff were technichally challenged but took to this application well! we use this daily and have not had any issues with lag orlatency.. it has been very smooth.

it is every easy to integrate into our workflow and has become a heavily relied upon tool.

there was a learning curve on the adminb side to setup so it functioned correctly for oyur users... but after the initial trial and error we found our groove.

we have 4 feild agents and this allows them to have a centralized network to document reporting goal planning and record time with clients.

The most helpful thing about using Charity Tracker is that it gives us the opportunity to keep track of our clients.  It also allows us to share and interact with other agencies in our 2 county area so that we can better assist our clients.  It is extremely easy to navigate and allows us to do our jobs efficiently.  We use this system every day in our offices.

The features are easy to understand and navigate.  We have seamless movement from one screen to the next as we work with our clients.

The customer support team is outstanding and responds to emails and calls immediately.

I honestly have not encountered anything that I dislike about using Charity Tracker.

CharityTracker is the best and most cost-effective solution for our small organization. We researched many other programs and this stands out as the best. I like that you can tailer what you track on each client.. you can create your own demographic markers and create cost tracking, etc.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

The reporting can be confusing. To be fair, I haven't done any trainging on it - just jumped right in. 

And I feel like it's hard to get a big picture snapshot of where things are at - I wish there was a spreadsheet type layout of display -  instead of downloading a spreadsheet.

We were using loads of spreadsheets it was a nightmare. This is much better; it ties in cost tracking & helps us standardize.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

CharityTracker is a wonderful way for nonprofits in our city to share information and funding. Clients are able to get assistance at more than one resource by linking information through the database.  The IT department is small enough that you can get answers and assistance quickly when an adjustment is needed or an issue arises.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

ChairtyTracker lacks some customizable options that make it difficult to track data for every grant our nonprofit adminsters.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data and client management for the agency.  We don't have a need for mulitple databases.
Connection with other agencies using the database.  Allows agencies to see a pattern of assistance and make accurate referrals.   It also allows funders a vehicle for sharing funds without fear of duplication.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

Using the Charity Tracker system allows for fluid communication among all of its users. To follow resources an individual or family receives to either allow for additional assistance or to prevent duplication. The system allows you to pretty much enter as many demographics as one can enter, which is great for analytics.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

Getting participating organizations to enter their data in a timely manner.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows multiple agencies to work in the application at the same time in real-time.

It would be nice if Charity Tracker (and maybe they do) had a way to specifically see what organizations have done within a certain time frame, or to follow inclement weather assistance, or a particular service,  etc.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

I use Charity Tracker five days out of the week. I work for a non-profit and it requires all of our data base to be completely confidential. I love how easy it is to use. In the beginning, it did take getting used to our old system. However, I feel it is a really reliable system.  Also, our grants change, meaning, new information needs plugged in. Our director contacted Simon  Solution and they quickly added the needed data. Charity Tracker isn't a one-size-fits-all. It is very customizable to your specific needs. Customer support is always good. Anytime we have had an issue Simon Solutions were always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I don't have any dislikes per se. Sometimes the system does seem to lag and it doesn't load as fast as it should. I wish the time-out option was a little different. I have lost several notes because when I hit the button, it wouldn't allow me save my case note.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

Allows as much documentation you find needful to include and what agencies can view it. It allows for this type of documentation to be kept safe. Most clients don't like asking for assistance the last thing we want for them to experience ashamed if informtion got in to unauthorized hands. It also  allows documenting those who may be abusing the system.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

Better report formatting for printing puposes. Such as, to have the capacity to print our notes and the client name, documentation only, for another agency. 
We have used Charity Tracker for some years now, and I would have to consider what upgrades would be needful. I like it, and it serves a great purpose. Only other thing that comes to mind, I wish there were more agencies serving the homeless included on the listed agencies.

Keeping track of clients we have seen, notes, and note those who threaten community i.e. have broken the law.

Categories are super clear and naturally progressive for data entry. Lots of options for capturing accurate profile information: example: race: (black) and (white), partial ss number. 
I love that there is a community message board for members to post resource information, needs, openings, etc. The recent cases/recent searches are also helpful.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I've used other HMIS systems, and maybe some kind of a "double check" feature to safeguard against duplication. I've typed in a name that already existed, but different birthdate, so I'm trying to check both the name and birthdate now before finalizing a new entry.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of access, hands down. It really helps to have questions in a logical sequence, which I really appreciate.

I like that it is user friendly. The tabs are clear and easy to find. Client information is very easy to update, add and edit.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

I'm not sure I dislike anything, however, something that may be a good addition to CT is while adding someone new with their name and info, if there is already a client with that info, having their information pop up (and verify or deny that is the client being added) to avoid duplicate accounts.

Charity tracker solves the issues of keeping track of client information on multiple platforms. Our organization utilizes CT for many things and it is so helpful to have all client information in one spot.

It is pretty fast & easy to locate clients.  This helps us work together & be able to quickly communicate with other agencies who may also be assisting w/ needs.  It also helps prevent abuse of the charitable organizations.

While I have checked into the FAQ section & the videos it would be handy for some users to have a "cheat sheet"  to have on hand to look at quickly rather than getting out of the screen & changing to another to look for the answer.

By helping us keep track of our clients each time we serve them, Charity Tracker allows us to assist more people because we are not assisting some multiple times & thereby running short of supplies.  Additionally, it allows us to create reports for comparisons to see trends, track the quantity of different demographic groups at the touch of a button and complete data sections accurately for grant-writing purposes.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

CharityTracker provides the framework for any volunteer, organization, and/or business to have access to real people who are in real need. The reports, profile information and onboarding process are simple, easy to implement and have various functionalities. As a volunteer, I need to use it frequently, and it is the perfect guide to supporting and checking in residents.

CharityTracker the pros far out way the cons, but one con is that it can be slow to load and the search functionality can be difficult.

**What problems is CharityTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CharityTracker is filling the gap for people experiencing homelessness, low income, or people in need of Charity. They provide, maintain, and store information that can help people connect faster, more efficiently, and productively. CharityTracker is the tool that can bridge the gaps and set anyone, including myself as a volunteer user up for success, by providing information about the people I am coming into contact with.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

The program is customizable and automated.  I love that all documentation can be stored, along with notes, appointments, etc in one place.  We used to make copies, have file cabinets filled with documents. I like all the opportuity for assessment, alerts, notes, documents, appointments.  Greg Hammond has be extremely helpful whenever I have asked a question or inquired of customization.  Very pleased and thankful for this program.  I also enjoy that I can access it anywhere: work and home.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

There really isn't much I don't like.  I liked the Kiosk, documents didn't always upload when a client filled out the form.  We tweaked our way of doing things so that resulted in this not being an issue. We are currently NOT using the kiosk on our website.  I am meeting face to face with clients and gathering their information on CT so that I am getting exactly what I need.  With the Kiosk they weren't always providing what I needed, and I spent much time chasing them down seeking documentation to back up what they were seeking assistance for.  We just made this change a few weeks ago.

The amount of paper we used to generate for a case.  I love that everyting needed for the client is all available on their case.

**What do you like best about CharityTracker?**

I am an advocate at a Habitat branch in the northeast where I work with the immigrant community. I've had a positive experience with Charity Tracker, though there is some room for improvement. 

I use it everyday for client management. I found it easy to learn, but that's also because I'm a digital native. Older colleagues haven't all been that succesful. 

I have never contacted customer support so I wouldn't be able to comment on how good it is or not.

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

My older colleagues are finding it harder to use and learn. Maybe adding a "guided tour" that shows step by step how to do things like adding new people to the tracker would be useful.

Personally, I've had trouble avoiding creating duplicate accounts. The system only looks for exact matches so sometimes when a name is misspelled the system doesn't warn us about duplicate accounts. I also wish the system would merge duplicate profiles with more ease. As far as I'm aware it hasn't been doing this. Maybe a function where it would suggest which accounts to merge would be a good idea. 

Another thing that would be nice would be the option to search people by the service they've received.

The problems that CharityTracker is solving are the following: 
-keeping up with clients 
-reducing the effect of staff turnover 
- helping clients when their main contact isn't available for assisting 
- keeping data safe and centralized
- making it easy to skim valuable client information quickly

Charity tracker has the most useful information.  There is nothing that I have searched for on behalf of my clients that I haven't fuond in their system.  The people I have dealt with have all been super nice and accomodating.  I've also been able to help other agencies fulfill their needs.

It took me a while to get used to all nof the features.  Now that I haave, there isn't anything I dislike.

I have bee able to find medical supplies, a hospitaal bed and even power chairs for my clients. It benefits me knowing that I'm truly helping the less fortunate.

The tracking and reports of how we have helped, the ability to look up past cases across all 8 of our locations, how it integrates with other organizations across the city to see who has helped and how so we can better aid people, and the legal features for Release of Information. It has been something we used for many years. It is easy to use and teh customer support has been great.

If more people in the city used Charity Tracker, we could help people more, have more accurate information about what organizations do what, catch peole who are trying to abuse the system sooner. The entrace cost and starting up can be very intimidating for new businesses.

Tracking cases across 8 locations for reporting and growth metrics and it helps us in keeping track of those that are abusing the aid system and taking resources from others.

CharityTracker is an amazing program that gives users the ability to track resource utilization across multiple organizations, so that clients receive the most appropriate and efficient help they need. CharityTracker also allows organizations to offer complimenting services and assistance to a single client by cross-utilization of resources.

I wish when an update occurred to a Bulletin that a message would go out that said something to the effect of "this need has been met/no longer needed"

It allows us to understand how neighbors have been resourced in the past by other organizations. It also allows us to see habitual use of resources might point to a deeper issue that needs addressing.

CharityTracker's online access makes it easy to update and find information wherever we are. They have made it easy to customize the data we collect and are very responsive with helping us do new things and resolve any issues. The default setup got us up and running quickly and we use it every day.

While the website works on most any device, the controls can be difficult to manipulate on a small phone screen and they do not yet have an app for that. 
They are not yet compatible with medical billing for peer support.

The flexibility of adding new questions, new formats (drop down vs. checkbox), and new forms on the front end of the database to match our call flow.

The reporting is somewhat limited.  It is built on canned reporting rather than the ability of the end user to pick and choose data points to report on.  The responsiveness of the reporting team is difficult as it seems they are understaffed.

We are able to gather information more easily and we are able to modify what we capture to match our call flow.  We have been able to use certain functions differently to meet our business needs.

I like that I can track how much funding a family has received and keep all of their documents filed electronically (so I can access them anywhere I am even on my phone)

**What do you dislike about CharityTracker?**

Updating goals takes a very long time. It's not useful for visualizing what is happening with a family or how far they've come on their goals.

The page loads terribly slowly and makes using the goal interface something I want to avoid.

I wish I could have a log of current participants (or favorites) that I could keep on an accessible dashboard, that would also show me important alerts readily on their profile.

Using the meetings section is so time consuming that I don't use it. It would be nice if that could be directly linked to the notes area.

Keeping information for a family or person in one interface.

It has a user friendly interface. It's also extremely helpful with working with other agencies within the network in the community, as well as great for running reports. Charity Tracker is a vital part of our benevolence process.

I wish it was possible to have a clearer system for the week to week work with friends we served. It would be great to have something in more of a timeline look.

For the most part the system is very straight forward. I appreciate all of the available features and it is fairly easy to navigate. This system has been a life saver for my care coordinator and makes her feel less overwhelemed with completing tasks.

When I try to run reports, sometimes the system doesn't include the list of factors that I selected.

Our organization has been using Charity Tracker for many years to collect data from our network partners.  Charity Tracker is a great database for tracking assistance information from a wide variety of organizations.  With its easy-to-use platform, volunteers, staff, and leadership can search, enter, and gather assistance records easily.

Customer support has always been quick to respond and very helpful.

As the organization that covers the cost for our network partners, it is an extremely affordable option for tracking.

The reporting side of Charity Tracker isn't as robust as our organization would like.

Our network partners are often able to work together to help provide assistance to households.  Also, many organizations in our area would be unable to afford a database individually.  We provide this affordable option to them as a benefit to being a working partner.

I appreciate how it has spaces for all demographics of my residents and how it can be adjusted for what my team needs. I especially appreciate how it gives me room to put how much time I spend with each resident.

I don't like how I have to imput every seperate resident. I wish it was able to pull from our own system/census of residents.

I love how organized it is. There is a tab for literally everything and it helps me to save time on doing paper work.

The only thing i noticed was when i was actively putting in my notes, after a while it will freeze and delete everything. So i type my notes in a word document and then i copy and paste. Im not sure if its the program or my computer, but once i get a new computer brain, i will know!

We are now using less paper and having to file less. It also saves time.

Easy for individuals to utlize.  Get for large networks to refer cilent to each other. Customer Support is quick to respond.

Missing basic case managment features and customitation.  Does not have a case manager dash board to allow for easy viewing of a case managers cases.  Assessments is not user friendly and difficult to understand.  Appointment feature does not connect to calendar.  Rerferals in the system are sent to all agents for the orgaination with no way to customize that.  Pulling some reports can be cumbersome.

It is so empowering to know that there is  a network of people working together to meet the needs of those we serve.  I have often recieved replies within minutes.

Nothing really to dislike, but it took a while to gain an understanding of all the site has to offer, beyond just posting bulletins.  There is now training for that.  I have been visited twice by Aly, who has helped me to uderstand many of the "hidden features".

What I find the most helpful about Charity Tracker is having all of the client's infomation all in one area. The biggest tool of using a software like this to serve the community is how it bring multiple organizations together to cater to the needs of every individual.

So far I have not struggled while using Charity Tracker, all the trainings given always solve any questions I may have!

The main hurdle organizations seems to face is the lack of communication within Social Worker, many of us have multiple clients at once and we tend to forget all the agencies that offer support for the community. Charity Tracker makes it easier for I, as a social worker to find agencies in a specific area for a specfic problem.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. If I send an email and something is wrong with the system or I need a customization, they respond within 24 hours. I deal with the same person or group of people each time, it's not like calling larger companies where you get a ticket number. They know exactly who I am and are attentive.

Customize goals; we are abled to create customized goals for our participants based on the requirements of funders.  Customer support has been great in helping us create customized releases based on needs of specific funders.  The interface is simple and easy to follow.

Calander will not export and share with google calander.  We hope this feature comes in the future

Love how easy to pull reports, the customization for our agency and the pricing plans that allows us to fit it in our budget.  Its easy to learn and integrated well into our intake.  We can use it as we complete intakes live, on a daily basis.

Sometimes there are data elements that we have difficulty retrieving.  However, we have great support from CharityTracker to solve our issues.

It keeps a great log for all the I fomstion in clients. It's very simple to use and it also allows you to set preferences to extrapolate data that's needed versus having to go through old records. Also allows the printing of case reports.

You can only enter a household of 9 while makes it hard with large families. Also you have to save to add more slots tor the budget.
