# Are there additional fees or start-up costs?

Are there start-up, implementation, termination, or hidden fees we should know about?

No. We don't like hidden fees either. The only time there would be one-time fees is if you had existing data you'd like to import (optional) or if you have customizations that are outside of the current scope of the system (not common). We then quote at the rate of $150/hr for customizations.
