
We were initially attracted by the comprehensive feature set offered, which included the promise of 100% uptime, an integrated Content Delivery Network (CDN), and automatic updates. The platform’s marketing and initial interface suggested a professional, reliable, and well-equipped cloud hosting solution for integrating a portion of our existing website infrastructure. The primary dislikes are the technical incompatibility (no support for path-based reverse-proxying) which could not be tested beforehand, the refusal to refund for the unusable service, and a major failure in support and billing controls that led to an unauthorized charge after a support agent explicitly confirmed cancellation.
