I have been thoroughly impressed with our experience with this company. The onboarding team went above and beyond, working outside of regular hours to ensure we met our deadlines, and were always available to answer questions promptly.

Now that we're fully operational, the company continues to check in regularly with helpful updates and recommendations to ensure we’re maximizing the system’s potential. On the rare occasions we've encountered an issue, their support team has been incredibly responsive and quick to resolve it. For those rare cases that needed more in-depth attention, their development team handled the issue swiftly and effectively.

What do you like best about 911cellular?

It is very user friendly after initial training. Very easy for staff to trigger an alert for Admin or for Law enforcement.
