One of the best things about 7taps at my organization is how flexible it is to use. I work in higher ed, and we don't currently have an LMS that serves faculty and staff, so I need a way of delivering learning content to my learners outside of that. 7taps is a great fit because learners can simply access our courses in a web browser, from any device -- even on the go. This is important when we share microlearning courses with our undergrad students, too. 7taps removes all barriers of access and drives more learners to our learning content.

Really the only thing I take issue with is the fact that there's no way to stop a GIF from looping indefinitely. From an accessibility standpoint, this is not ideal, since looping GIFs can be difficult for some folks who have migraines or other disabilities to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tried multiple "microlearning" platforms and I keep going back to 7taps. It has a simple but yet beautiful design which makes it super easy to create engaging content very easily and quikly. I love their amazing customer support and community. They are always adding features and listening to their customers for feedback. One of the best things about 7taps is how easy it is to share the content with the users. Also, how beautiful and easy the content looks on their mobile devices and/or when embedded/displayed on full screens. Users absolutely love when a 7taps course comes in! One area that 7taps can continue to improve on is the reporting aspect. A full screen dashboard with overall numbers from multiple courses would be amazing. Currently the reporting is based on single courses and it doesn't provide full overall view of multiple courses, learning paths, etc. More options for filtering reporting and reporting views would be great as well. I love that even though I'm not a graphic designer, I can easily and quickly create a microlearning in no time at all. This is so great for reenforcing key points from some of our longer trainings in the weeks or months after they complete the longer one. Also, the customer support is incredible!!! The only downside is that tracking who viewed a microlearning course is not as easy, BUT it's that way for a reasons. They wanted to break down the barriers that learners would have to accessing it. I love the ease of use, I love that it's a website you can just click on, and I love the statistics part of 7Taps to see who did what. I also think this is a better job aid or course supplement than most I've seen out there. It is extremely easy to learn and implement, and the customer support is fantastic. I would love to show a screenshot or file image of what I'm conveying but the sizing is very difficult to achieve. My images are so small no matter what I do. It's really for a photograph and text, but not an image of a form or that type of thing. If you could resize an image you upload into 7Taps I'd be sold in a heartbeat. 7taps does an amazing job of solving one of the biggest challenges of our time: grabbing the attention of learners. It does so by making access to taps/mini-courses incredibly easy (no login required for learners) and by presenting content in an attractive social media-like format. For our Creative workforce, it has been a game-changer in how we learn and I can barely imagine going back to using a traditional LMS as we were able to significantly increase learner engagement with 7taps. You can turn content around fast and there is no user log in necessary which has been extremily beneficial when working with external partners. At the moment, you are not able to do translations, however the team are soon launching this capability. One challenge I have, is that you are limited to the number of folders you can create in the back end (i.e. you can't currently create folders within a folder), making it more difficult to organize your work, however I am sure the team at 7Taps is working on rectifying this.
