Most major CRMs require an expensive integration or an entirely separate app to handle the money side of things. 1CRM includes robust Order Management right out of the box. You can create quotes, turn those quotes into invoices, track sales orders, and even manage supplier bills and product inventories without leaving the ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about 1CRM?**

The user interface (UI) can feel like a throwback to the software designs of the early 2010s. Because it packs so much data onto a single screen, the dashboards and menus often look cluttered, dense, and utilitarian. Compared to the slick, minimalist, and highly intuitive interfaces of modern competitors like HubSpot or Monday.com, 1CRM has a much steeper learning curve for teams to adopt willingly.

The best thing I like about this one CRM platform is it goes beyond the traditional CRM functionality and combine all module such as sales marketing customer service and project management even invoicing and order management everything in a single platform in a centralised way this platform offers a very strong level of customization allowing or business to tailor workflows modules and reporting based on operational requirements this flexibility makes this platform very useful for our organization who wants a centralised system rather than managing multiple disconnected tools out there and another major advantage of this platform is their breath of features available at relatively competitive price point compared with other large enterprise CRM platforms out there they are integrated level approach helps us platform to improve visibility across or cross functional teams reduces the operational mismatch hassles.

Though this platform is very strong and helpful they are interface sometimes feels bit outdated when compared with other cloud native CRM platforms and some new users may find it difficult during the onboarding process because of their complex learning curve and since this platform is highly configurable they are set up administration can become slightly complex for a smaller teams without any CRM administrators some of their workflows and user interface interactions should be modernised and polished their platform is feature rich certain integrations and automation capabilities may not feel as polished as the CRM ecosystem out there.

This platform helps us by centralising multiple business operation tools in a single system, overall reducing the need for separate tools for CRM, such as coating, invoicing, customer support and even project tracking. What I like most about 1CRM is its true all-in-one functionality. Instead of juggling multiple disconnected tools, it centralizes CRM, sales pipeline management, marketing automation, customer support, and project management into a single platform. That consolidation not only reduces costs but also eliminates data silos, making it much easier to maintain a clear, real-time view of every customer interaction from first touch to post-sale support.

On the marketing side, the built-in automation tools make it easier to run targeted campaigns, segment audiences, and track engagement without needing a separate system. What I dislike about 1CRM comes down to a few practical limitations that can slow teams down if you are trying to scale or move quickly.

While it is functional, it is not very intuitive, which creates a learning curve, especially for team members who are not very technical. Even simple tasks can require more steps than expected, and over time that extra friction can impact overall efficiency.

Another issue is that while the platform is highly customizable, that flexibility can become overwhelming. Setting up workflows, automations, and reports often requires a deeper understanding of the system. It is not always plug and play, so without someone dedicated to configuring it properly, teams may not fully use its capabilities or may build processes that are not optimized.

1CRM is one of the best CRM platform that I've used so far. 1CRM is easy to use and very easy to begin with. I started very firstly at 1CRM hence it is very close to me.

1 CRM us easy to use and very easy to being at but the thing that doesn't sit well with me is the fact that 1CRM's Ecommerce Integration system I personally found it a bit hard to wrap my head around it as it was really new to me and the tearms used in it were very new to me.

**What do you dislike about 1CRM?**

There's very little not to like about 1CRM as a CRM solution fo marketing and sales. However, I am not sure if its useful in non English transaactions. Also I always wonder why its not as popular as Hubspot or Salesforce.

**What problems is 1CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1CRM though I used it for little time offered at low pricing a whole variety of solutions that catered to both my sales and marketing needs. It also seems good on customer support.

**What do you like best about 1CRM?**

Its most appreciated feature is that it has many useful modules all in a single place, just like KIT19 CRM. It is cost-effective, and its features are all really helpful. starting from business management to customer management and also helps with tracking and managing the sales and marketing activities of staff, so overall, a good CRM

**What do you dislike about 1CRM?**

Its security compliences are out of date, Service team is a bit unprofessional.and the overall U/I is a bit complex irrespective of these facts the software is good. Although the service team attend to problems quickly but still the solution is just temporary.

**Recommendations to others considering 1CRM:**

If your company is in the initial stage of development and doesn't want to spend a lot managing your resources and wants a good automation software that can do it all for you from one place, you can genuinely consider it.

It is solving many problems like lead management, Bulk mail marketing, Billing and invoicing, Manage databases, etc., but the essential part is its sales forecasting feature that helps to forecast the sale for both this month and upcoming months

This program is very complete which I like very much, because I can handle a variety of features in a single tool, so it becomes a very useful tool, I like that it can be integrated with other applications without problems and maintaining the same quality.

We are very pleased with your performance, because it has helped us a lot in our sales because it has a variety of options and tasks such as creating budgets, monitoring, managing projects, invoices, which have made our work easier and more bearable. This platform has significantly changed our company, thanks to its excellent features, so broad and complete we have covered many areas in which we had some shortcomings, in the past we presented some failures in terms of billing and budget issuance, which generated discomfort in our customers, because the delivery time was delayed, but this was eliminated thanks to this extraordinary program and its new versions.

It has also been very helpful because we have been able to automate certain manual processes, saving time, as well as having a better and more detailed control in sales and in general management, in the management of the company and my team. of work, creating a better relationship with customers and this in turn has increased our sales of our products and service.

**What do you like best about 1CRM?**

1CRM stands out to me for two things - reasonable price, and really good quote and invoice functions included within the CRM. Seemed well suited to a small/medium business when I found it, and it has been true for our business at least. The project management and customer service functions were just kind of a bonus for us when we were signing up - but we find we do use them now - so it keeps that information inside the one system as well, which is nice. If the appearance of your Quote/Invoice PDFs is really important to you, note that you'll likely want the most expensive Enterprise Edition, as it includes the PDF designer tool that lets you change the images and colours and layout of your PDFs. 

**What do you dislike about 1CRM?**

My least favourite aspect of 1CRM is probably how big it is. It covers not just CRM but Order Management, Service Management, and Project Management. When I initially just wanted to use it for a few months as a simple Sales & Marketing CRM, I had to learn a few admin functions to make those extra features invisible to most of my users, so the system would look the part of a simple Sales & Marketing CRM. Then later on I made some of them visible again as we expanded what we were doing with 1CRM into Order Management as well. On the other hand, the price is cheaper than most simple Sales CRMs, so the extra features seem to me to be pretty much free, making it hard to complain too much.

**What do you like best about 1CRM?**

Being able to use a single system to manage my business was a huge plus. I hate having everything located in different systems. Lead and campaign management was a definite plus, and made it simple to manage the ROI of my campaigns. Also the price is incredible for growing businesses. Being able to track all of my contractors and their projects, as well timesheet and invoicing made my life significantly easier.

**What do you dislike about 1CRM?**

No problems so far. It has more features than platforms like Salesforce and Sugar, which makes me happy. Overall I'm cutting costs and keeping my marketing and sales team focused on the tasks at hand.

Check out the free trial. If you're looking for a tool to minimize your tech overhead and get your projects, sales and marketing in order, then there's nothing better.

**What problems is 1CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Campaign management and Sales followup to marketing campaigns. Also managing several contractors on different projects, as well as invoicing all of them and keeping accurate records. I've realized all of these benefits and more. I'm very satisfied with 1CRM.
