As for the Global Reward Solutions, it is exactly this fact that I truly admire for it does simplify the whole employee recognition process. They have a wide selection of reward options, that covers gift cards to merchandise as well as more experiential, so you can satisfy all of the employees in terms of the choices they prefer. It is tricky thing to master and I would love to have enough reports to dig a little deeper. Obviously, it would be helpful for my organization to be able to go beyond the personalization phase that it now lacks, and immerse itself in employees' preferences, and program effectiveness, which ultimately leads to a more personalized experience.
