**What do you like best about Global Reward Solutions?**

As for the Global Reward Solutions, it is exactly this fact that I truly admire for it does simplify the whole employee recognition process. They have a wide selection of reward options, that covers gift cards to merchandise as well as more experiential, so you can satisfy all of the employees in terms of the choices they prefer. Additionally, the digital platform is all user driven and managing the project becomes very easy.

**What do you dislike about Global Reward Solutions?**

It is tricky thing to master and I would love to have enough reports to dig a little deeper. Obviously, it would be helpful for my organization to be able to go beyond the personalization phase that it now lacks, and immerse itself in employees' preferences, and program effectiveness, which ultimately leads to a more personalized experience.

**What problems is Global Reward Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Global Reward Solutions, through their support, has made me able to implement a better recognition system that is more easy. It has helped my team to save a lot of time and can devote their energy towards the strategic areas which also aid in creating a working environment that runs on the principles of appreciation.

Overall the search and shop interface is very intutive. The design features offer some degree of customization that helps. Payment options are great and easily redeemable for our participants.

**What do you dislike about Global Reward Solutions?**

Would love to see more cash transfer payment options like Paypal, Transferwise.

**What problems is Global Reward Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted an automated and easy way to reward our customers and partners for various markeing campaigns.
