**What do you like best about 12Return?**

Good party to work with. Open to discussion for future enhancements

**What do you dislike about 12Return?**

You have to check the system actively.
Should be a great if the systems sends warnings for open issues.

**What problems is 12Return solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no overview over incoming Returns and the status of the settlement. We do have this now.
