The ability to work 24/7 is critical for sales. We want to be available when our clients/customers are available. They can process most of the file formats. But if it is a complex PDF with a lot of layers, it may sometimes not process it. But this will not be a huge issue as there are workarounds the support team can help. Otherwise, I feel it does a good job for the intended functionalities.
