
It is a massive time saver. It lets me stay in the moment with clients during meetings, whether that is in person, video or phone. I am not worried about taking hand written notes. I am more engaged with them. It captures all the little things that could have been forgotten previously. It syncs the notes with the CRM so that staff can read it. It is extremely fast/timely with the review summaries. Let's me share that with the client so we are all on the same page, immediately after the meeting. It is fairly easy to get up and running from the start so even a novice "AI" person can get their comfort up to speed with it. For the cost, it is a clear winner in the tech stack for me. It is not a dislike with Zocks but more with how some of the integrations take some additional steps to integrate with permissions and such. I also wish the iPad or iPhone app would stay logged in. When traveling away from office, the lack of wifi and constantly needing to re sign in has left me lacking in some meetings and that feels like a missed opportunity that the software could fix.
