I really like the quick meeting function in Zocks; it's the best. I appreciate that it can record in-person meetings I'm attending, which is really useful. Another feature I enjoy is how it keeps track of what percentage of time I'm speaking versus the client, helping me see who is doing a better job listening and assisting. It's super helpful that many details are recorded on Zocks that I might not catch or remember, letting me review them later. The integration with my email works well, and compared to Zoom's AI products, I prefer Zocks because it's more secure and user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy and effortless, which I appreciated.

Zocks has enabled me to save countless amounts of time by streamlining my note taking for reviews and allowing me to focus on the client as opposed to the note taking. Jacob has been very helpful with every question I have had, and I really appreciate his expertise. The fact that it's so easy to link to phone calls and in person appointments has been very beneficial.
