
As part of the partner management team, Crossbeam helps identify priority and actions easily, facilitate partner onboarding, and helps identify opportunities which can be translated into SQL. The notification to slack specifically is not customisable, which is a key for extending the insights within Crossbeam to a wider group of audience in my organisation, including sales and SDR. For example, if we can include a link to the salesforce opportunities directly that will help, now it only show the links to Crossbeam account which is not always helpful. Some of the feature like partner scores seem interesting but it is not available for my network, then it does not really help. Some feature or the platform itself still strongly dependent on usage in my network.
Also, the ROI is defintely stronger at the onboarding stage, but less beneficial in terms of BAU workflow. I find it harder to show and prove the value after the first few months.
